Study On The Correlation Between Heart Rate Variability,Left Ventricular Mass Index And Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome

Objective: to study the correlation between the TCM syndromes of primary hypertension in young people and the related indexes of general data,heart rate variability and left ventricular mass index.To explore the relationship between TCM syndrome type and self-nerve function and left ventricular structure,to provide an objective basis for TCM syndro me differentiation and prognosis evaluation of primary hypertension.Methods: using retrospective study method,selection of the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university from 2011 to 2013 cardiovascular internal medicine,200 cases of hospitalized patients with primary hypertension,acquisition card type,age,gender,patients with heart rate variability,left ventricular mass index(bmi),using SPSS18.0 statistical software to analyze between TCM syndrome type and the indicators.Results: 1.Relationship between TCM syndrome type and general situa tion: there was no difference in gender distribution between the two ag e groups.Among the patients with hypertension in middle and young p eople,there was a high prevalence of liver fire(75 cases,37.5%).The age distribution between the two groups was different(p<0.01).The a ge of the deficiency syndrome group in the two age groups was greater than that in the empirical group.2,middle-aged and young the heart rate variability characteristics of syndrome types: SDNN,SDANN,RMS SD and empirical average higher than that of deficiency syndrome group(p < 0.01),LF,HF,LF/HF empirical than deficiency syndrome group(p < 0.05),the contrast between the two groups of the same kind of this syndrome,getting Kang Cheng youth in SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,LF,HF is higher than middle age group(p < 0.01),phlegmy wet indic ates young SDNN,SDANN,HF is higher than in middle-aged group(p < 0.01),Yin hand young SDNN than middle-aged group(p < 0.01),Yin and Yang two virtual young SDNN than middle-aged group(p<0.01).3,the characteristics of young and middle-aged each syndrome type of left ventricular mass index(bmi): between two age groups betw een different TCM syndrome types of left ventricular mass index(bmi),suffered in the two groups of middle-aged and young Kang Cheng group compared with phlegm wet indicates sheng group left ventricular mas s index(bmi)no significant change(p > 0.05).The average level of the two groups was lower than the deficiency syndrome group.The average level of left ventricular mass index in the youth group was lower th an that of middle-aged group(p<0.01).4.The relationship between heart rate variability,left ventricular mass index and age: the comparison o f HRV indexes between the two ages of middle-aged and young people:SDNN,SDANN,LF,HF(p<0.01);There was no statistical difference between rMSSD and LE/HF(p=0.08).P =0.83),the average level of th e youth group was higher than that of the middle-aged group.There was no difference between rMSSD and LE/HF(p=0.08;P = 0.83).The a verage level of left ventricular mass index in the youth group was lower than that in middle age group(p<0.01).In the two groups,SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,LF,HF and age were negatively correlated(p< 0.05),and the left ventricular mass index was positively correlated with age(p<0.01).5,heart rate variability,left ventricular mass index(bmi)and the correlation of TCM syndrome types: young and middle-aged suffered in the two groups of Kang Cheng,phlegmy wet indicates sheng group and RMSSD showed a negative correlation(p < 0.01),and LVMI was a positive correlation(p < 0.01).There was a positive correlation bet ween the Yin deficiency and the LVMI in the two groups(p<0.01)and the negative correlation between RMSSD and LF(p<0.01).There was positive correlation between Yin and Yang and LVMI in young people(p<0.01) and negative correlation with RMSSD and LF(p<0.01).There was a positive correlation between Yin and Yang and LVMI in middle age(p<0.01),and negative correlation with RMSSD(p<0.01),LF(p=0.04)and HF(=0.019).Conclusion: 1.The hypertension syndrome of middle-aged and young people is dominated by hepatic hyperthyroidism.2.The heart rate variability and left ventricular mass index of middle-aged and young patients affected by age.The older the patients with hypertension,the autonomic nervous dysfunction of the heart and the abnormal left ventricular structure were more obvious.3.There is a certain correlation between the heart rate variability and the left ventricular mass index and the TCM syndromes,and there is a correlation between the decline of vagal nerve function and the change of syndrome type.The patients with the deficiency syndrome of middle and young patients with hypertension were compared with the empirical patients,and the autonomic nervous function decreased,and the left ventricular structure was more obvious.The middle age group had more complicated autonomic nervous dysfunction than the youth group,and the change of left ventricular structure was more significant.
