The Clinical Research On Chaihuguizhiganjiang Decoction Combined With Entecavir To Treat Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chaihuguizhiganjiang decoction combined with Entecavir treat the patients with Chronic Hepatitis B.Methods:60 patients with CHB were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group(30 cases)and the treatment group(30 cases).The final test was completed in 59 cases,30 in the treatment group,29 in the control group and 1 in shedding.The control group was given entecavir treatment,treatment group on the basis of the former United side Chaihuguizhiganjiang decoction treatment.Treatment time was 12 weeks,The changes of liver function,HBV-DNA,Five items of hepatitis B virus,liver hardness,quality of life score and clinical symptoms in two groups before and after treatment were observed.According to the relevant evaluation standard,using SPSS20.0 statistical software,and compare the two groups in curative effect difference.Results:1.The results of clinical study showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 87%and 60%,respectively.The two groups were compared,the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In terms of improvement of TCM clinical syndromes,the treatment group was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the improvement effect was better than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01).Comparing the two groups in improving the efficiency of TCM syndromes,the effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,while that of the control group was 62%.The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.After 12 weeks of treatment,the quality of life scores in the treatment group and the control group were all improved,and the improvement effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.After twelfth weeks of treatment,the ALT and AST values of the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly compared with those before treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.01).After 12weeks of treatment,the ALT and AST values in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.01).5.After 12 weeks of treatment,the total response of hepatitis B virus DNA in the treatment group and the control group was 67%and 59%,respectively.After the rank sum test P=0.503,there was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group at the HBV-DNA response rate(P>0.05).After treatment for 12 weeks,the negative rate of HBeAg in the treatment group was 7.69%,and the negative rate of HBeAg in the control group was 16.66%.There was no significant difference between the two groups by chi square test(X~2=0.476,P=0.49).6.The liver hardness values before and after treatment were significantly lower in the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the liver hardness of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).7.There were no obvious abnormalities in the two groups of patients before and after treatment,such as blood,urine,stool routine and renal function.The safety is good.Conclusion:1.Chaihuguizhiganjiang decoction combined with entecavir in treatment of chronic hepatitis B has good clinical curative effect,in the improvement of liver function and liver stiffness values than the simple application of entecavir fast.2.Chaihuguizhiganjiang decoction combined with entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B in improving clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life is better than the simple application of entecavir.3.Chaihuguizhiganjiang decoction can ameliorate the hypochondrium distending pain,dysuria,loss of appetite,thin stool,dry mouth,sweating,chills and fever,insomnia and other symptoms were,as Chaihuguizhiganjiang decoction basis,to further determine the relationship between TCM prescription prescription and syndrome and modern clinical evidence of liver disease accumulation.
