Hospice care provides a practical way for people to realize their death,so that patients can spend the last time of life comfortably and painlessly.Hospice care for dying patients and their families to provide all-round holistic care,among them,the psychological care of patients with body care has also important significance,choose suitable for effective psychological intervention methods become the primary factors influencing the final mental care.In this paper,psychological crisis intervention technology and psychological support in hospice care are combined to analyze and discuss how to effectively intervene the psychosomatic states of patients and their families.Psychological crisis intervention technology as a kind of supportive psychotherapy is often applied to the individual experience and after injury,in the past for psychological crisis intervention technology in medical treatment activity study,more is to patients under a state of psychological crisis handling;or intervention in the psychological response of patients in non-terminal stage;or for patients with psychosomatic reaction and the technical operation,these are not full and just as the argument of psychological crisis intervention technique is applied to the effectiveness of the dying patients and their families psychological support.This article mainly from the psychological power of intervention objects and principles of the technology of the implementation of the Angle,analyzes the psychological crisis intervention with hospice care is to give the patient and family supportive intervention as the ultimate goal,both of which belong to the overall,systematic resource management system,these common features support the feasibility and effectiveness of both.In the last state of impending death facts make patient refusal to face the contradiction which is unable to avoid conflict,bring patients psychosomatic reaction of ups and downs,this is the main source of pain in patients with unrest.Psychological needs are the lifeblood of the promotion behavior,control and realization of life expression of autonomy of the largest in the dying patients psychological expectations,at the same time,the concept of death also directly affects the patients to the experience of psychological needs.According to the psychological crisis intervention technology principle,the implementation of the stability of the psychosomatic status of dying patients is the primary content of the implementation of psychological support,under the premise of in patients with stable state,and express fully patient autonomy in the process of improve the life quality of patients to strengthen its grip on life,to ensure the stabilization of patients with complete informed consent for their disease.Taking patients as the main body of psychological support is the fundamental principles of the psychological support,with empathy to perception of patients,establish the equipotential,mutual trust relationship with patients,patients with unconditional acceptance of all reactions are the principal position of patients with possible form.In addition,patients’ families and psychological supporters of psychological shape is also the important factors influencing the patients mental state,psychological support for family members and supporters are also important factors about effect of hospice care.At the end of the life,the prevention of suicide is also a problem that cannot be ignored.The psychological crisis intervention technique is applied to the limitation of hospice care,which is not to be avoided.It is mainly to eliminate the deep psychological conflict of the patients.The effectiveness of psychological crisis intervention techniques in hospice care needs to be more deterministic through clinical practice and data analysis.
