Objective Differentiate and analyse the belongs to six-channel of postpartum and miscellaneous diseases in women from Synopsis of Golden Chamber,then infering that the Six Channel Syndrome Differentiation occupy the main position in it′s dialectical system.Methods Making detailed explanation on 24 articles one by one via TCM philology research method,cross-reference in Synopsis of Golden Chamber,contact the items-related of Shang Han Lun,refer to past dynasties doctor annotations at the same time,then distinguishing each of formula-syndrome’s six-channel belonging from the following four aspects:the disease location,the nature of disease,morbidity,pathogenesis or mechanism of syndrome or mechanism of formula or the indications of medicine,combine the theory of six-channel’s simultaneous onset or following onset.Results Postpartum convulsion can vest in Taiyang disease;postpartum oppressive feeling and dizziness can vest in Shaoyang disease;postpartum constipation can vest in Yangming disease;four patterns of heat invading blood chamber can separately discriminate Shaoyang-Yangming disease,Shaoyang disease,Shaoyang disease and Yangming-Shaoyang disease;formula-syndrome of Banxia Houpu Tang can be assigned to Taiyin-Shaoyang combination of disease;syndrome of hysteria can vest in Shaoyin disease;formula-syndrome of Xiaoqinglong Tang can vest in Taiyang-Taiyin combination of disease;Pi-syndrome can vest in Yangming disease or Jveyin disease;formula-syndrome of Wenjing Tang can vest in Jveyin disease;formula-syndrome of Tuguagen San can vest in Yangming disease;formula-syndrome of Xuanfuhua Tang can vest in Taiyin-Shaoyang combination of disease;formula-syndrome of Jiaojiang Tang can vest in Taiyin disease;formula-syndrome of Dahuang Gansui Tang can vest in Yangming disease;formula-syndrome of Didang Tang can vest in Yangming disease;formula-syndrome of Danggui Shaoyao San can vest in Taiyin disease;formula-syndrome of Xiaojianzhong Tang can vest in Taiyin disease;Shifted Bladder Disease can vest in Jveyin;formula-syndrome of Gao Fa Jian can vest in Yangming disease;the author couldnot be able to analysis four clauses involving Honglanhua Jiu which is considered as non-Zhangzhongjing’s classical prescription and three formulas for external medication:Fanshi Wan,Shechuangzi San and Langya Tang,just discuss adout their syndrome and treatment.Conclusion Except the Honglanhua Jiu which is considered as non-Zhangzhongjing’s classical prescription and three formulas for external medication,the rest formulas and patterns of postpartum and miscellaneous diseases in women from Synopsis of Golden Chamber could be classified and analysed with the theory of six channel,it can be seen that six channel differentiation plays a vital role in the dialectical system of Golden Chamber.This dissertation applies the system of six-channel syndrome differentiation to analyse a part of miscellaneous diseases in Synopsis of Golden Chamber,break through the normal rule which the differentiation of syndromes of Meridian and Zangfu as the core of syndrome differentiation system in Jinkui Yaolve,in order to arouse the attention of more scholars of TCM to re-examine the syndrome differentiation system of Jinkui Yaolve;the follow-up broader and deeper systematic research will promote the more accurate and comprehensive understanding of Zhang Zhongjing’s medical thinking,which not only extend the application scope of the six classics,but also provide new ideas for the treatment of many miscellaneous in contemporary clinical.
