Tht Research Of Mental And Behavioral, The Shape And Moving Velocity Of Cilia In Rabbits With Chronic Rhinosinusitis

Objective:To investigate the effect of Shenling lavage fluid in the treatment of rabbits with chronic rhinosinusitis,and to compare the mental behavior、sinus mucosa cilia morphology and function effect with antibiotic lavage and 3%Hypertonic saline.To reflect the traditional Chinese medicine is useful in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis.And which can give theory and experiments of animals supports to clinical treatments of chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods:The 60 rabbits were randomly divided into three groups,each group have 20 rabbits,and made to chronic nose-sinusitis model.And then we treat the left sinuses in group A,the right sinuses in group B,the right sinuses in group C with Shenling lavage.And treat the right sinuses in group A with antibiotic lavage,treat the left sinuses in group B with 3%Hypertonic saline,sinuses washing everyday.The left tsinuses in group C waere done nothing.Results:1.In mental and behavioral and moving velocity of cilia aspects,the three groups do not have statistically significant differences between before molding and after molding.2.In mental and behavioral and moving velocity of cilia aspects,the three groups have statistically significant differences between before molding and after molding,and between the groups after the treatment.3.In scanning electron microscope,comparing with before and after modeling,between the groups after the treatment,we can see the cilia shape is inconsistent,and the recovering is close to the normal cilia shape after the Shenling lavage treatment.Conclusion:Shenling lavage fluid has significant improvement in the repairment of nasal form and function for rabbits with chronic rhinosinusitis.And the repairment of the treatment of antibiotic lavage and 3%Hypertonic saline were less than Shenling lavage in mental and behavioral,moving velocity of cilia aspects and SEM.
