Quinoa(Chenopodium quinoa willd)is native to the Andes, and it has high nutritional value and good edible and medicinal value. In recent years, research on quinoa has focused on introduction and cultivation, but the research of its growth characteristic under the natural condition was limited. The contents of mineral elements in the roots, stems, leaves and ears of two kinds of quinoa materials in six periods, the growth indexes and the activities of SOD,POD and PPO in the leaves were determined,at the same time, the correlation between each index and the content of mineral elements was analyzed. The main conclusions are as follows:1、The dynamic changes of MDA,SOD,POD and PPO of two kinds of Quinoa materials were analyzed. The results showed that:(1)The two quinoa materials MDA,SOD,POD,and PPO fluctuated less in the early and middle stages, and quickly increased to the maximum at the end of growth,it is believed that the disorder of reactive oxygen metabolism is one of the important reasons for the senescence of quinoa(2)comparing LL-03 and H1 periods, the average SOD activity of LL-03 in six periods was higher than H112.5%,POD activity was higher than H1 13.3%,PPO activity was higher than H1 54.8%,and the average MDA content of H1 in six periods was higher than LL-03 48.7%,comprehensive evaluation believes that LL-03 may be more resistant to adversity than H1.2、The analysis of the dynamic change of mineral elements showed that:(1)The content of 7 kinds of mineral elements began to increase rapidly at the earing stage in two materials.(2)The total amount of K in roots, stems and leaves of LL-03 is higher than H1 2.8% on average,Ca is 8.5% higher,Mg is 4.8% higher,Cu is 6.8% higher,Fe is 7.7% higher and Mn is 14.3% higher,Zn is 4.9% higher, the average K content in the H1 spike is higher than LL-030.6%,Ca is 22.5% higher,Mg is 1.4% higher,Cu is 4.4% higher,Fe is 13.6% higher,Mn is9.1% higher, and Zn is 27.2% higher,so the LL-03 plant has better mineral nutrition, and the H1 spike mineral nutrition is more abundant.3、Analysis of the dynamic changes in growth indices revealed that:(1)the chlorophyll content of both materials increased first and then decreased, and the maximum was at the panicle stage, overall, the two materials had the same content.(2)the growth rate of root system, plant height and stem thickness increased at the branching stage and heading stage,in general, the root system of LL-03 was more developed than H1,with plant height greater than H1 and stem thickness less than H1.4、The analysis of the correlation between mineral elements and various indexes shows that:(1)The root indexes, plant height and stem thickness of the two materials were negatively correlated with K,but were positively correlated with the other six elements to varying degrees.(2)The seven mineral elements are positively correlated with chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b to varying degrees.(3)In addition to the negative correlation between the elements of SOD,POD,PPO and Fe,there are positive correlations with other elements to varying degrees.(4)K is positively correlated with various elements in different degrees, andMn,Zn is significantly or extremely significantly positively correlated with Ca,Mg,Cu.It is believed that K has a synergistic effect on other 6 elements and Mn,Zn on Ca,Mg,Cu,Fe has an antagonistic effect on Ca,Mg,Cu,Mn,Zn,therefore, separate application of K and Mn,Zn can increase the absorption of other elements, directly or indirectly improve various physiological and growth indicators, and promote the growth and development of quinoa.
