| Xinjiang is the largest production base of high quality cotton and commodity cotton in China.Picking is one of the most important links which affect the development of cotton industry.Mechanical harvesting of cotton not only improves the picking efficiency,but also reduces the labor cost and improves the economic benefits of cotton farmers.In order to solve the problem of low picking level of domestic cotton pickers and the lack of core technology of picking head of horizontal spindle picker,the basic physical and mechanical characteristics of Xinjiang machine picked cotton were measured on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the research status of the picking mechanism of horizontal spindle picker at home and abroad.Combining with the physical and mechanical characteristics of machine picked cotton,theoretical analysis,program simulation,model simulation and test verification method were combined.Starting from the working process of the spindle picking mechanism of the horizontal spindle picking machine,the winding model of the rotation required for the spindle picking mechanism is established,the visual interface was established by using MATLAB software,the influence of the relevant parameters of the picking mechanism on the buckle characteristics of the picking was analyzed,and the kinematics analysis of the spindle picking mechanism was carried out using SolidWorks software.The program simulation and model simulation basically obtained the movement characteristics of the picking mechanism and the mechanism of the spindle picking cotton.Based on this,the test of spindle winding cotton and the spindle picking cotton were carried out.The results show that the winding model and mechanical properties studied in this paper are accord with the actual picking cotton situation,the program simulation and model simulation are reliable,which lays a foundation for further research on the picking mechanism of the spindle.The main contents include:(1)The relevant parameters affecting the basic physical and mechanical characteristics of two typical cotton-picked cotton varieties in Xinjiang were measured,statistically analyzed.The relationship between the basic physical parameters of machine-picked cotton and the effects of boll-related physical parameters on cotton separation force were discussed..(2)Based on the general analysis of the picking mechanism of the horizontal spindle picker and the direction and relative position of the spindle close to the cotton peach,the overlapping winding model and the spiral winding model of the spindle picker are established,and the theoretical formula of the cotton fiber strip winding spindle is deduced,so as to theoretically determine the minimum number of rotations needed for the ingot picking and at the same time to pick the cotton spindle.(3)The MATLAB software was used to visually analyze the motion track of the end of the spindle and found out the influence of the relevant parameters of the picking mechanism on the buckle characteristics.The three-dimensional design software SolidWorks was used to simulate the picking mechanism of the spindle,and the motion characteristics of the spindle were analyzed.(4)Analyzing and comparing the results of winding circle number and simulation analysis,using spindle picking test-bed to carry out picking performance test,verifying winding model and cotton tensile test.The test results show that the winding model and cotton tensile test are feasible and reliable.The results show that the combination of theoretical analysis and kinematics simulation,together with experimental verification,can provide theoretical and original data support for the picking mechanism of spindle picking cotton. |
