Ornamental fish is a kind of pet fish with certain ornamental value raised by urban people in unnatural environment,which has considerable economic and cultural value because of the particularity of its color,variety and living habits.Ornamental fish culture can not only meet the urban population’s pursuit of natural creation aesthetics,but also alleviate the fatigue and mood of their daily work by raising ornamental fish.With the rapid increase of per capita income in China,the development of ornamental fish industry has gradually begun to industrialization and marketization,and the value of the whole market has been similar to that of pet markets such as cats and dogs.In China,the main ornamental fish market is concentrated in Shanghai,Fujian,Guangdong,Jiangsu and other places,and the ornamental fish industry is developing rapidly.Many scholars are also studying the present situation of ornamental fish industry and market,and provide practical suggestions for its development.In recent years,the number of buyers of ornamental fish has greatly increased,but so far there have been few relevant market research reports.Therefore,this paper takes the Yushui youliang as the research object,uses the field research method,mainly carries on the investigation to the Internet ornamental fish market,through the case analysis and the Internet consumer questionnaire survey and obtains the relevant data.This paper analyzes the ornamental fish market on the Internet.The scale,variety,price and other status quo of the investigation and research,for the following in-depth analysis of the ornamental fish market to provide reference.Based on the market research method and the case analysis method,the data collection,classification and analysis of the related data are analyzed,and the commercial situation of the present ornamental fish is analyzed in detail.This paper uses SWOT、STP model and other marketing strategy analysis tools to analyze the present situation of Yushui youliang.Then,by analyzing the macro-environment and the micro-environment of the ornamental fish and its own advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,we can set up the marketing strategy system to adapt to the new situation and the new development.At the same time,the safeguard measures of the marketing strategy are put forward,such as optimizing the organizational structure of the enterprise,improving the human resource management,and establishing a scientific salary body.Department,etc.There are 20 figs,6 tables and 48 references in this paper.
