Study On The Strategies Of Bamboo Industry Transformation And Upgrading Based On The Concept Of Ecology In Taojiang County

Taojiang is one of the top ten bamboo townships in China,ranking the third among all counties in terms of the area of bamboo forest,and hunan ranks the first.To promote the transformation and upgrading of the bamboo industry in taojiang is a major strategy to realize the leapfrog development of the bamboo industry in taojiang,and also a beneficial exploration to build a new model of county economy with local characteristics.This paper systematically studied the development of bamboo industry in taojiang by means of investigation,field investigation and systematic analysis.The implementation of the ecological concept in economic and social development is conducive to promoting the construction of ecological civilization,combining industrial restructuring with resource conservation and environmental friendliness organically,and adhering to innovative,coordinated,green,open and Shared development,which is the basic concept support for the transformation and upgrading of taojiang bamboo industry.Data over the years show that the bamboo industry in taojiang has a profound historical accumulation and a good resource foundation.Based on traditional bamboo arts such as water bamboo mat,small yu bamboo art,big yu bamboo art and Ming paper oil umbrella,the modern bamboo industry in taojiang has made gratifying achievements after 30 years of cultivation and development,laying a resource foundation for transformation and upgrading.SWOT analysis shows that taojiang bamboo industry should implement a leap-forward development strategy.Whether it is the strategic choice based on SWOT analysis,the new industrial development idea based on ecological concept and the new county economic model to help rural revitalization,all fully explain the necessity of transformation and upgrading of taojiang bamboo industry.The characteristic resource basis,specialized technology basis and targeted policy guarantee of the bamboo industry in taojiang indicate that the transformation and upgrading of the bamboo industry in taojiang is feasible.This paper proposes the implementation strategy of the transformation and upgrading of Taojiang Bamboo Industry.First,implement the concept support of ecological natural view,ecosystem view and scientific development concept,and lay the ideological foundation for the transformation and upgrading of the bamboo industry in Taojiang.Second,by extending the industrial chain,enhancing the value chain,and improving the interest chain,we will achieve a strong foundation.Third,practice the production behavior based on the ecological concept,the life behavior based on the ecological concept and the ecological restoration based on the construction of the beautiful bamboo township,to achieve stability and long-term.Fourth,expand and strengthen the pillar industry,consolidate the bamboo forest resource base,promote the transformation of bamboo products processing industry,bamboo shoot industry and bamboo town tourism industry,and realize the coordinated development of the first,second and third industries in the bamboo district.Fifth,under the background that traditional art is facing the gradual loss of market by modern industrial products,it promotes the upgrading of traditional brands and traditional techniques to high-end consumer goods or handicrafts,and realizes the phoenix nirvana of traditional skills.
