With the gradual strengthening of people’s awareness of the quality and safety of agricultural products,the convenience,informatization and safety of the whole industrial chain of agricultural products is particularly important.Moreover,higher requirements have been put forward for the quality and safety of agricultural products.Under this background,the safety prevention of the whole industrial chain of agricultural products,the information supervision and management of each process and link have been studied and analyzed.It plays a positive role in further improving the safety of agricultural products.Based on the application of cloud computing platform technology in agriculture,there is a diversified development trend.It is necessary to study and analyze the traceability management of the whole industrial chain of agricultural products from the depth,breadth and precision of traceability.On the basis of analyzing the key technology of building the whole industrial chain traceability system of agricultural products,it is necessary to perfect the whole industrial chain traceability system of agricultural products from the angles of data collection,label identification,information storage,data management and so on,so as to improve the application effect of the traceability system of the whole industrial chain of agricultural products in the aspects of supervision and safety management of agricultural products.In the process of studying the key technology of the traceability system of the whole industrial chain of agricultural products,the problem of label recognition,data transmission and application,and the construction of information system are taken as the core,and the accurate management of the whole industry of agricultural products is realized by using the information system.In the use of literature research,simulation testing,system In the process of research by means of design and application analysis,the specific research contents and results are as follows:First of all,through consulting the literature at home and abroad,this paper studies the security,traceability management and information platform construction of the whole industrial chain of agricultural products.On this premise,combined with the needs of this research,the function and overall framework of the traceability system of the whole industrial chain of agricultural products are studied.Secondly,on the premise of using FRID technology,QR code with B / S structure and other technologies,this paper makes a deep study on the function and subsystem construction of the whole industrial chain traceability system of agricultural products.In the process of practical research,because the whole industrial chain of agricultural products itself has complexity and diversity,so,in building the whole agricultural products production.In the industry chain traceability system,according to the agricultural products production,agricultural products processing and packaging,sales and safety and other aspects of data information collection,data information processing and other aspects of research,and then to achieve the construction of the whole industrial chain traceability system of agricultural products.Finally,in order to build the whole industrial chain traceability system of agricultural products,establish the correlation database,and use matlab software to test the performance,data acquisition and system response of the whole industrial chain traceability system of agricultural products,use the software program to process and test the data information,and take the accurate processing and application of the data as the core.The number of traceability systems for the whole industrial chain of agricultural products According to the collection,data processing,data transmission,QR code recognition and other functions to test.The simulation results show that after the whole industrial chain traceability system of agricultural products is built,its data processing and application can basically meet the management and supervision needs of the whole industrial chain of agricultural products.Moreover,the whole industrial chain traceability system of agricultural products can be applied to fruit and vegetable management,and the data encryption can be used to realize the data,information supervision and management of the whole industrial chain of agricultural products.
