This paper mainly includes two parts:first, choose 4 kinds of medicinal plants and prepare extracts, study its effecton on the number of lactic acid bacteria,E.coli, the two main silage microorganisms, and can intuitively observe the change of quantity, and then according to the results of microbial tests to select 1 kinds of moncous plants as alfalfa silage additives,high-throughput microbial sequencing analysis,to explore the effects of the plant extract on the total microbial storage process.Combined with high-throughput microbial sequencing analysis, the effects of multone plant scent, bitterginseng, sashimi and heron on silage microbes were studied, and the main results were as follows:Through the indoor outlier culture test,it is concluded that all four plants can have a certain effect on the microorganisms in the silage feed:the soil incense extract has shown a catalytic effect on the plant Lactobacillus,4 kinds of added concentrations were significantly(P<0.05)inhibited the growth of E.coli, with the increase of concentration of soil incense on lactic acid bacteria and E.coli inhibition effect more obvious;Obvious inhibition of E.coli, and promote plant Lactobacillus, and significantly promote mixed lactic acid bacteria, showing selective inhibition characteristics,;four added concentrations of the zion extract on E.coli are very significant(P<0.01)inhibition,to plant Lactobacillus, mixed lactic acid bacteria have a catalytic effect,However, none of them were significant;the concentration of 1%of herons significantly promoted plant Lactobacillus, inhibited mixed lactic acid bacteria, inhibited E.coli(P<0.05),and the concentrations of 2%,3%and 4%showed inhibition on all three bacteria, which significantly inhibited the growth of E.coli(P<0.05);After indoor off-body culture experimentcans can see that the addition effect of unearthed wood incense and ginseng is better,in order to continue to explore its effect on alfalfa silage feed,pH is worth measuring after 30 days of silage, and finally selected the wood incense as a high-throughput silage additive for high-throughput microbial sequencing analysis, the results show that:both addition concentrations(1%and 2%)have significant effect on Lactobacidbacteria(P<0.01)The indoor outlier culture experiment was verified from the genetic level, but the two concentrations did not show the inhibitory effect on E.coli, but the inhibition effect of the genus Spoesporidium P<0.01)was very significant. The inhibition effect of the two added concentrations on the genus of rhymmy was not obvious, and the inhibition effect of both the genus and the erythromycin genus(P<0.01)was very significant,in which the high concentration of the addition was more obvious to the inhibition effect of the penicillin genus, and the inhibition effect of the low concentration added to the mycomycomye genus was more obvious. The use of civil incense as a silage feed additive can improve the quality of alfalfa silage by inhibiting fungal microorganisms and promoting.the mechanism of lactic acid bacteria production. The strains selected in the in-lab’s indoous experiments are specific single strains that have been screened for purification,so the experimental results are slightly biased, and the diverse strains in the mechanism should be screened from the silage modulation, and the strains will be screened for off-body culture, and then more intuitively and clearly see the effect of the plant additives on the number of specific microorganisms in the silage modulation.
