In order to explore the relationship between phenotypic diversity of walnut germplasm resources and soil and meteorological factors in different regions of Xinjiang(Akesu,Hetian,Kashi,and Yili),comprehensively evaluate the fruit quality of wild and wild walnuts in various regions to understand The diversity and richness of germplasm resources within the group and between the population,the correlation between fruit quality and soil factors,meteorological factors,this paper mainly focuses on the appearance and quality indicators of 130 wild and wild walnut germplasm in four regions of Xinjiang The measurement was carried out and the analysis results are as follows:(1)The appearance quality of walnut fruits in different regions of Xinjiang is significantly different,the coefficient of variation is 3.23~31.86%,the coefficient of variation of fruit shape index is the smallest;the coefficient of variation of single fruit weight is the largest,and the diversity index ranges from 0.72~ 30.39,of which the diversity index of fruit shape index is the smallest The diversity index of the kernel rate is the largest;the difference in appearance quality and quality index is mainly from the population through F test,and the main source of the difference in mineral elements and amino acids is the main source of fatty acid in the population.(2)The intrinsic quality of the fruit(crude fat content,crude protein content,soluble sugar content,tannin content,ash content)is significantly different,.The coefficient of variation of intrinsic quality is between 2.13~ 44.02%,of which the coefficient of variation of sugar content is the largest,The coefficient of variation of fat is the smallest,and the diversity index ranges from 0.72~30.83;the coefficient of variation of mineral elements is between 1.73~23.01%,of which the K element has the largest coefficient of variation,Mg has the smallest coefficient of variation,and the diversity index ranges from 0.72~ 0.75 The coefficient of variation of amino acids is between 2.23~ 26.35%,of which the coefficient of variation of glycine is the largest,the coefficient of variation of leucine is the smallest,and the index of variety index is between 0.7216~0.7575;the coefficient of variation of fatty acids is between 2.06~ 142.90% The coefficient of variation of cis-11-eicosenoic acid is the smallest,the coefficient of variation of cis-11,14-eicosadienoic acid is the largest,and the diversity index is between 0.72~3.34.(3)Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted on soil,meteorological factors and fruit quality in different regions,and then the main soil factors and meteorological factors that affected fruit quality were finally selected according to the number of indicators affecting walnut fruit quality: the main soil factors that affected fruit quality were: Fe,B,nitrate nitrogen,PH value,K;the main meteorological factors affecting fruit quality are: annual average temperature,annual average relative humidity,annual average maximum temperature;June average temperature,June average relative humidity,June Average maximum temperature,June sunshine hours;July average relative humidity,July average highest temperature,July sunshine hours;August average temperature,August average highest temperature,August average extreme temperature,August sunshine hours number.(4)130 Xinjiang offspring germplasm resources were clustered.The overall phenotypic traits of Xinjiang offspring germplasm resources are very close,and the phenotypic variation is very rich.It is divided into 5 categories at 2364 Euclidean distance Category 1: contains four regional germplasms,mainly cross-mixing(including 110 germplasms);Category 2: all germplasm resources in Gongliu County(including 9 germplasms);Category 3 : For Aksu germplasm resources,including one germplasm resource in Gongliu County(including 9 germplasm resources);only one germplasm resource in categories 4 and 5 is Aksu Wensu County and Yili Gongliu County.Most germplasms of the same population are grouped together.
