The reasonable magnetization times and the appropriate magnetization irrigation amount of irrigationwater are not only beneficial to the growth and development of cotton,but also can improve the water absorption efficiency of each organ of cotton,so as to achieve the purpose of high yield and water saving.Therefore,it is of great significance to select the best magnetization times and magnetization irrigation amount of farmland irrigation water,and provide theoretical and practical support for the development of water-saving intensive sustainable agriculture in southern Xinjiang.In 2017,the best treatment was selected from t0(CK unmagnetization),T1(primary magnetization)and T2(secondary magnetization).The irrigation quota of each treatment was 3660m~3/hm~2.In 2018,different irrigation quotas(T1:2640m~3/hm~2,T2:2880m~3/hm~2,T3:3120m~3/hm~2,T4:3360m~3/hm~2,T5:3600m~3/hm~2)were set under the secondary magnetization treatment.Through the comprehensive comparison of growth and development indicators,dry matter accumulation,physiological indicators,yield(quality)characteristics and magnetization irrigation water use efficiency of cotton,the following main conclusions were drawn:(1)After the secondary magnetization of irrigation water,the plant height,leaf area index,number of fruit branches and boll formation rate of the cotton are greatly improved,the percentage of bud boll fall is significantly reduced,the number of bolls per plant and the weight of single boll are better than Plants under the conditions of primary magnetization and non-magnetization have a significant increase in yield;meanwhile,the dry matter accumulation of cotton has increased significantly.Not only the dry matter accumulation of vegetative organs and reproductive organs has increased significantly,but also the dry matter distribution coefficient of reproductive organs has shown an increasing trend;Increasing the number of magnetizations can significantly increase the average length and breaking strength of the upper half of the cotton fiber,but there is no significant change in fiber uniformity,elongation,and micronaire value.(2)When the irrigation water undergoes secondary magnetization and the irrigation quota is3360m~3/hm~2,the plant height and leaf area index of the cotton are moderate,the cotyledon nodes are thicker,the number of bolls in the upper and middle parts increases significantly,the number of invalid bolls decreases,and the number of bolls per plant,Single bell weight,sub-finger,seed cotton weight,lint weight are the highest,which is significantly better than other treatments;meanwhile,dry matter accumulation increases significantly,about 106 days after sowing(the flowering period)is an important period of dry matter accumulation,during this period Irrigation should be reasonable to avoid affecting the dry matter accumulation of reproductive organs.The biological yield and the production efficiency of magnetized water are the highest,respectively 18645kg/hm~2,5.5kg·hm~2/m~3,and the economic production magnetization water production efficiency is also the highest,which is 1.77kg·hm~2/m~3,but the problem that the height of the first fruit branch is less than 18cm still needs to be solved;with the increase of the amount of magnetized irrigation,the SOD enzyme activity grows slowly,the POD enzyme activity is stronger during the flower bell period,and the proline content Gradual decline;when the irrigation quota exceeds 3360m~3/hm~2,the plant height is difficult to control,the leaf area index is too large,the ventilation and light transmission capacity is poor,the number of invalid bolls increases,the number of fruit branches decreases,and the number of bolls per plant decreases,among which the number of mid-level bolls Significantly reduced,not only is not conducive to the growth and development of cotton,but also causes a waste of water resources;when the irrigation quota is less than 3360m~3/hm~2,the growth and development of cotton plants is hindered,the plant height is short and not suitable for mechanical harvesting,insufficient water supply leads to dry matter quality Less,the ringing ability is poor,the number of invalid bells increases significantly,and the content of SOD,POD and proline in the body increases,which is not conducive to the formation of yield;It can be concluded that increasing the magnetization times of irrigation water in cotton field is beneficial to the growth and development of cotton.It can not only increase the dry matter accumulation of cotton,but also increase the yield of cotton field,so as to achieve high yield and high quality of cotton field.When the irrigation quota reaches 3360m~3/hm~2 after the secondary magnetization,all the cotton indexes reach the optimum.If the irrigation quota continues to increase,the cotton field output will not continue to increase,but will cause waste of water resources,reduce the irrigation water use efficiency,and increase the cost of cotton farmers.Therefore,when the irrigation quota is 3360m~3/hm~2 after the secondary magnetization,the cotton farmers will obtain the maximum economic benefit,and at the same time,the cotton farmers will According to the local climate conditions,the irrigation system for the growth and development of crops is formulated.
