| Cultivating high-quality wheat is one of the important directions of wheat breeding in China.In recent years,the demand for high-quality strong gluten wheat has been increasing.Breeding of strong gluten wheat is a research hotspot.Increasing the gluten content and lowering the gliadin content can increase the gluten ratio and improve the quality of gluten.At the same time,it can reduce allergens in some prolamins and reduce the incidence of celiac disease.Wheat has a unique gluten protein.HMW-GS is an important factor affecting wheat gluten quality.5+10 subunits are recognized as a combination of high-quality subunits.The Sec-1 site not only reduced LMW-GS content and increasedω-gliadin content but also reduced wheat 1BL/1RS quality.Deletion of the Sec-1 site can eliminate the adverse effects ofω-secalins.The deletion of the Gli-D2 site reduces the level ofα-gliadin and reduces the level of gliadin-induced allergies.In this article,materials pyramiding three genes of NGli-D2,Sec-1~S,and 1Dx5+1Dy10with Hengguan 35,Zheng Mai 7698,and Zheng Mai 366 as the background are used as experimental materials.Identificating germplasms with pyramidng traits by related molecular markers.The processing quality and main agronomic traits of polymers wheat germplasms were detected.The quality and agronomic effects of different genetic polymer materials were analyzed.The results provide materials and theoretical basis for high quality wheat breeding.Obtained different types of genetic polymer materials.187 plants pyramiding two genes,62 plants pyramiding three genes were selected from 1052 plants of the F6 population.Under the background of Hengguan 35,the aggregation rate of genetic polymer materials is 13.08%to 66.37%.Under the background of Zheng Mai 7698,the aggregation rate of genetic polymer materials was 29.91%to 37.31%.Under the background of Zhengmai 366,the aggregation rate of genetic polymer materials was 11.68%.The gene combination with lower polymeric ratio was 1Dx5+1Dy10 and NGli-D2.The influence of different genetic polymer materials on quality.Genetic polymer materials quality is significantly improved on protein and gluten.All the gene polymers with Hengguan 35,Zheng Mai 7698,and Zheng Mai 366 as the background were strong gluten wheat.Different genetic backgrounds and types of polymer have different effects on wheat quality.Correlation analysis of quality indicators showed that%UPP and gluten ratio were significantly positively correlated with indicators reflecting the quality of protein and gluten,and could be used as reference indicators for wheat quality prediction.Agronomic effects of genetic polymer materials.Compared with the parents,there was no significant effect of genetic polymer on agronomic traits.Therefore,genetic polymer materials have practical application value.The introduction of 1Dx5+1Dy10,Sec-1~S and NGli-D2 sites has improved the adverse effects ofω-secalins,gliadin and inferior subunits.The combination of mutation breeding,MAS and gene pyramiding breeding can effectively improve wheat quality and provide a good materials for wheat quality breeding. |
