Vegetable greenhouse is the main planting mode of anti season vegetables in China.The output and quality of greenhouse vegetables not only directly affect the economic benefits of farmers,but also affect the "vegetable basket" of most residents in winter.Snowfall often occurs in winter in northern China.If the snow,especially at night,cannot be cleared in time,the light will affect the photosynthesis of crops,lead to the reduction of production and quality,the heavy will cause heavy snow to collapse the greenhouse,and then bring huge economic and property losses to farmers.At present,the main way of snow removal in vegetable greenhouses in China is artificial snow removal,which is low efficiency,time-consuming and laborious,and can not achieve large-scale snow removal in greenhouses quickly.Even if some greenhouses use semiautomatic snow removal equipment,their level of intelligence and automation is relatively low.Most still require manual participation throughout the process,and it is not possible to completely remove snow from the roof in a short time.This research aims to achieve real-time snow removal in vegetable greenhouses on snowfall days.Through in-depth investigation and research on the current status of research on intelligent snow removal equipment in greenhouses at home and abroad,on the basis of existing snow removal equipment,this paper studies and designs a model of intelligent snow removal monitoring system for vegetable greenhouse.(1)Improvement of mechanical structure design of existing snow removing vehicle.Put the snow removing brush and the spiral snow removing shovel as the snow removing actuators at the two ends of the snow removing vehicle to realize two-way snow removal;the tracked vehicle is used as the chassis to increase the stability of the snow removing vehicle;The body is designed in a hemisphere shape to facilitate snow slipping from the body and the greenhouse.(2)Design of snowfall information collection and speed matching module.Image processing is performed on the original images collected by the OV5640 camera and the home starlight WEB camera,and the snow depth value and real-time snowfall intensity information are extracted,and the speed parameters are matched according to the self-defined standards.Analyze the real-time snowfall situation to achieve timely snow removal by the snow removal vehicle in a specific period of time according to the given speed parameter.(3)Design of control system for snowplow.With the STM32 minimum system as the core of the control system,the snow removal vehicle’s running speed and the speed of the snow clearing actuator’s speed are monitored,calculated,and error corrected in real time to maintain the snow removal vehicle’s reliable,stable and uniform snow removal.The pressure sensor is used as a brake switch,and the snow removal vehicle braking and reverse snow removal functions are realized according to its indication change.(4)Design of snow removal monitoring platform.Use Kingview software to design a userfriendly remote control interface for farmers;Kingview combined with 4G DTU to realize remote transmission of parameter data,In combination with internal application software such as MATLAB and EXCEL,a software platform is established to implement data processing,control system parameter display and abnormal alarm.Farmers can timely perform maintenance adjustments on related components based on monitoring data and pictures.The model has a simple structure,low equipment construction cost,stable and reliable operation,a simple,easy-to-understand and easy-to-operate remote control interface,which has been tested and verified to achieve the desired results.
