Research On The Protection And Development Plan Of Magnolia Denudata ’Hailuo’ In Huaining County,Anhui Province

Magnolia denudata ‘Hailuo’ is a unique rare tree resource in Huaining County,and its ancient trees are a precious heritage left by nature.It is an important ornamental tree species with dignified and majestic tree posture.When blooming,the trees are full of white flowers with strong fragrance,and it’s flowers bloom before leaves.It’s flower buds are known as "lily magnolia",which are important Chinese medicinal herbs.They are of high medicinal and health value,and can extract unique essence.Based on the investigation and analysis of the ancient trees and reserve resources of Magnolia denudata ‘Hailuo’ in Huaining,combined with the advantages of local industry and culture,we insist on strict protection,reasonable development and scientific management,and comprehensively promote the protection and development planning of Magnolia denudata ‘Hailuo’,which is of great significance for promoting local efficiency and social development.Based on the related research theories and practice achievements at domestic and abroad,this study systematically researched the development history and quality characters of Magnolia denudata ‘Hailuo’,the protection measures of ancient trees and germplasm resources,carried out the development and utilization planning of Magnolia denudata ‘Hailuo’ in Huaining County.The main achievements are as follows:1.This study defines the related concepts of Magnolia denudata ‘Hailuo’,ancient tree and ancient tree reserve resources,Magnolia denudata ‘Hailuo’ germplasm resources,and defines the classification standard of ancient tree.2.This study summarizes the protection and management system,the rejuvenation technology of ancient trees at domestic and abroad.Analyzes the variety overview of magnolia plants,summarizes the main chemical components,volatile oil components,anti allergy and other related pharmacological effects of lily magnolia.To provide reference for the protection and development of Magnolia denudata‘Hailuo’,it’s also combs the experimental research on cultivation patterns of medicinal plant Magnolia denudata ‘Hailuo’,the selection of it’s excellent varieties,etc.3.In this study,the cultivation history and resource distribution of Magnolia denudata ‘Hailuo’ were clarified.The biological characteristics of Magnolia denudata‘Hailuo’,such as morphological characteristics,ecological habits,were found out.And it was concluded that Magnolia denudata ‘Hailuo’ had the excellent characteristics of "high yield,good quality and strong resistance to adversity".4.Based on the field survey,171 ancient trees and their reserve resources were analyzed and studied from the perspectives of spatial distribution,quantitative characteristics,growth potential and growth environment,so as to comprehensively grasp the resource background of the Magnolia denudata ‘Hailuo’ in Shijing community and Denglin village of Huaining County.5.Analyzes the main factors that affect the current situation and safety of the ancient trees,and puts forward the protection measures of the ancient trees and the reserve resources from eight aspects,focusing on "one tree,one policy",realizing the tracking management and dynamic management.Meanwhile,it’s also expounds the protection measures of the germplasm resources of the ancient trees,including the protection of the original place,the protection of different places and the in vitro conservation.6.Taking Shijing township of Huaining County as the main base,supported by the key development strategies of "Characteristic Brand","Global Tourism","Rural Revitalization" and "Industrial Integration",the research on the development planning of Magnolia denudata ‘Hailuo’ is carried out in an all-round way.The main methods are to optimize the functional division and layout,develop tourist attractions and routes,build a protection base for the rare tree species of Magnolia denudata ‘Hailuo’,and focus on creating a township tourism characterized by Magnolia denudata‘Hailuo’.The purpose is to lengthen the industry chain of Magnolia denudata‘Hailuo’,promote the coordinated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,and give full play to its economic,social and ecological benefits.
