With the improvement of quality of life,veterinary drug residues are more and more concerned by people.Pork is an important category of animal derived food,Sulfonamides are often detected in edible pork,The detection of veterinary drug residues in animal derived food is the key to ensure the safety of animal derived food.We made the quantitative determination of five kinds of sulfa drugs such as sulfaquinoxaline、sulfamonomethoxine、sulfamethazine、sulfamethoxazole and sulfadimethoxine in pork by using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method,also made the risk assessment of sulfonamides residue of potential hazards to human body,diagnosing the residue current situation of five kinds of sulfa drugs of edible pork in TongLiao city,exploring the control measures of the damage of veterinary drug residue,providing scientific basis of control of veterinary drug residue of animal-derived food products for TongLiao city.The 90 pork samples to be tested were selected from 9 districts and counties randomly in TongLiao city,the 24 sampling sites included supermarkets,farmers’ markets and abattoir and so on.In the experiment,90 pork samples were divided into 6 groups,each group inserted 1 blank sample and 12 quality control addition samples,the quality control samples have two concentration addition levels which were 100 μg/kg and 200μg/kg,and the recovery rate and relative standard deviation were calculated.A series of mixed standard solutions of 50 ng/ml、100 ng/ml、500 ng/ml、1000 ng/ml and 5000 ng/ml were prepared as the standard curves.The pork samples removed the water byanhydrous sodium sulfate,extracted by acetonitrile,the grease removed by n-hexane,then gave them rotary evaporation and enrichment,in the end,they were purified by alkaline alumina column.The HPLC was used for the determination by external standard method,that analyzed the quantitative results and calculated the food safety index.The results showed that the recovery rate of sulfaquinoxaline was lower that between 70%and 85%in the 5 kinds of sulfonamines,generally,the recovery rate of other 4 kinds of sulfonamines were between 90%and 110%,RSD in the group was between 1.9%and 6.3%,RSD between groups was between 1.1%and 3.1%.The linear correlation coefficient of the standard curves were above 0.9999.2 of the 90 pork samples were found to have sulfamethazine and sulfamonomethoxine,respectively,the detected concentrations of sulfamethazine and sulfamonomethoxine were 64.8μg/kg and 52.1 μg/kg,respectively,which were lower than the maximum residue limits stipulated in " Announcement of the ministry of agriculture No.235 ".The overall detection rate was 2.2%,and the detection rates of sulfamethazine and sulfamonomethoxine were 1.1%,while the sulfaquinoxaline,sulfamethoxazole and sulfadimethoxine have not been detected,the overall exceeded rate was 0.The risk assessment of the two detected sulfonamides showed that the food safety index of sulfamethazine was 5.4×10-3,and the food safety index of sulfamonomethoxine was 14.5×10-3,both of which were less than 1.It shows that the five sulfonamides above in edible pork have no harmful to human in TongLiao city.
