The effects of different planting densities?two thousands,three thousands,four thousands,five thousands,six thousands/667m2?on the morphological indexes,dry matter accumulation,economic characters and yield components,physiological and biochemical characteristics,canopy structure,photosynthetic characteristics and quality of two varieties of feed rape were studied by field experiments and indoor chemical analysis.The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical basis for the rational cultivation of feed rape to improve yield,quality and achieve high yield and high quality.The results show that:1.Under different densities,the plant height of the two feed rape varieties was higher than that of the second one,and the leaf age,stem diameter and dry matter accumulation of the first one were lower than that of the second one.With the increase of planting density,the plant height,leaf age,stem diameter and dry matter accumulation of Huayouza62 increased at first and then decreased,and reached the best under four thousands/667m2 treatment.The plant height,leaf age and stem diameter of Siyou2 decreased with the change of density,and reached the best under two thousands/667m2 treatmen.2.Under different density,there is a big difference between the first and second stubble of economic characters.With the increase of density,the performance of plant height,stem diameter and leaf age number are also different.In the first stubble,Huayouza62 has significant or very significant difference in plant height and stem diameter,but the difference in leaf age number is not significant.There were significant or extremely significant differences in stem diameter,plant height and leaf age of the variety.In the second stubble,there were significant differences in plant height,stem diameter and leaf age between the two varieties.There are significant differences in yield and variety among different planting densities.The yield of Huayouza62 increased first and then decreased with the increase of planting density.The yield of four thousands/667m2 treatment was the highest,which was significantly higher than that of other treatments.With the increase of planting density,the yield of Siyou2 decreased gradually in the first and second stubble.The yield of two thousands/667m2 in the first stubble was higher than that in other treatments.There was no significant difference in two thousands?three thousands?four thousands?five thousands/667m2 the yield of three thousands/667m2 in the second stubble was higher,two thousands/667m2 and three thousands/667m2 There is no significant difference with four thousands?five thousands and six thousands/667m2.3.With the increase of planting density,the reducing sugar content,starch content,soluble sugar content,crude protein content and crude fat content of Huayouza62 increased first and then decreased.four thousands/667m2 treatment reached the maximum value.The crude fiber content first decreased and then increased,and the four thousands/667m2 treatment value was the smallest.The starch content,soluble sugar content,reducing sugar content,crude protein content and crude fat content of Siyou2 showed a decreasing trend,and two thousands/667m2 treatment reached the maximum value,crude fiber content showed an upward trend,two thousands/667m2 treatment reached the minimum.4.The leaf area index of Huayouza62 increased first and then decreased with the increase of planting density,and the leaf angle and non interception scattering decreased first and then increased with the increase of planting density.When the density was four thousands/667m2,the leaf area index reached the maximum value,and the leaf angle and non interception scattering reached the minimum value;The leaf area index of Siyou2 decreased with the increase of planting density,and the leaf obliquity and non interception scattering increased with the increase of density.When the density was two thousands/667m2,the leaf area index reached the maximum,and the leaf obliquity and non interception scattering reached the minimum.5.With the increase of planting density,the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of Huayouza62 increased first and then decreased,and the intercellular CO2 concentration decreased first and then increased.At four thousands/667m2 density,the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were the highest,while the intercellular CO2 concentration was the lowest.The net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of Siyou2 showed a decreasing trend,and the intercellular CO2 concentration showed a rising trend.At two thousands/667m2 density,the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were the highest,while the intercellular CO2 concentration was the lowest.6.According to different planting density,the amino acid content of Huayouza62 is four thousands>three thousands >two thousands >five thousands >six thousands/667m2,and the amino acid content is the largest when the planting density is four thousands/667m2.The change of amino acid content of Siyou2 was two thousands >three thousands >four thousands >five thousands >six thousands/667m2,and the amino acid content was the highest when the planting density was two thousands/667m2.The chlorophyll content of two feed rape varieties was higher in one crop than in two,and the content of six thousands/667m2 treatment was the lowest.With the increase of planting density,the chlorophyll content of Huayouza62 increased first and then decreased,and four thousands/667m2 treatment was the highest;With the increase of planting density,the chlorophyll content of Siyou2 decreased.The content of two thousands/667m2 treatment was the highest in the first stubble and three thousands/667m2 treatment was the highest in the second stubble.7.Under different planting densities,one-crop density of Huayouza62 was not significantly positively correlated with coarse ash and coarse fiber,but its yield was positively correlated with chlorophyll,there was no significant positive correlation with crude fat,crude protein,Amino acid,soluble sugar,reducing sugar and starch.There was a significant positive correlation between the density of a crop and the crude ash and crude fiber of Siyou2,but there was no significant positive correlation between the yield and the stem diameter,and there was a significant positive correlation between the yield and the leaf number of the main stem,chlorophyll,crude fat,crude protein and soluble sugar,it was positively correlated with amino acid,reducing sugar and starch.The second crop density of Huayouza62 had no significant positive correlation with coarse ash,coarse fiber and yield,while the yield had no significant positive correlation with stem diameter,soluble sugar and starch,there were significant positive correlations with the number of main stem leaves,crude fat,crude protein,Amino acid and reducing sugar,and extremely significant positive correlations with chlorophyll.The second crop density of Siyou2 was positively correlated with plant height,stem diameter,number of main stem leaves,crude ash,crude fiber and yield,and the yield was positively correlated with plant height,stem diameter,crude fat,crude protein and amino acid,it was positively correlated with the number of main stem leaves and reducing sugar.8.Huayouza62 is superior to Siyou2.
