Dormancy is a kind of biological characteristics in order to keep out the cold in winter.It takes time to dormancy breaking of accumulation in low temperature.If cold quantity can not meet in dormant period,plants can't complete natural dormancy,growth is not normal and even cause production cuts.Eight jujube varieties such as' Tailihong ','Lajiaozao' and 'Fengmiguan' were used as experimental materials,by artificial light incubator,combined with the temperature data,using cold quantity estimation model,determine the process of Chinese jujube dormancy under natural low temperature and appropriate cold quantity estimation model in local.The three jujube varieties with different cold demands,such as ‘Jingzao39',‘Tailihong',and ‘Fucuimi',were used as test materials to study the physiological changes under natural and artificial low temperature conditions,provide a theoretical basis for local facility cultivation.The main findings are as follows:1.By using the model of a 7.2 ? or less and 0-7.2 ? and Utah model estimation model of ‘jingzao39',‘Fengmiguan',‘GaGazao',‘xuanchengyuanzao',‘Fucuimi',‘Lajiaozao',‘Tailihongand' ‘Donzao"'to be cold,coefficient of variation of the minimum of 7.2 ? or less model,best stability,suitable for xinjiang aral area estimation jujube cold quantity.The required cooling capacity was estimated by ?7.2?,and‘Jingzao39' is 337 h.Use ?7.2? to estimate its cold demand,'Jingzao39' and'Fengmiguan' ?673h,which are low-demand cold varieties;'GaGaZao','XuanchengYuanzao' and'Fucuimi' at 673 h Between 1181 h,it is a medium-demand cold demand variety;'Lajiaozao','Tai Lihong' and'Dongzao'> 1181 h,a high-demand cold demand variety.2.During the natural dormancy process,the soluble sugar content and starch content of the three jujube cultivars,“Tailihong”,“Fucuimi” and “Jingzao39” showed an overall upward-downward-upward-downward trend.Under artificial conditions,the soluble sugar content showed an upward-downward trend,while the starch content showed a upward-downward trend.The germination rate,soluble sugar content and starch content change showed that soluble sugar and starch content can be used as a marker to release dormancy,and the pre-dormant period under natural conditions and artificial conditions were mainly stored starch.3.During the natural dormancy of the primary branches of the three jujube varieties 'Tailihong','Fucuimi' and 'Jingzao39',the CAT activity began to show an upward-downward trend;under artificial conditions,'Fucuimi' and ' The change trend of "Tailihong" is consistent with that under natural conditions."Jingzao39" shows an upward-downward-upward trend.When the dormancy is released,SOD activity decreases and POD activity increases.4.Under the natural conditions,the primary branches of the three jujube varieties 'Tailihong','Fucuimi'and 'Jingzao39' showed a upward-downward-upward-downward trend;the artificial conditions upward-downward-upward trend.The content of proline showed an upward trend under natural conditions.Under artificial conditions,the changing trends of 'Fucuimi' and 'Tailihong' were the same as those under natural conditions,and 'Jingzao39' showed an increase-Down-up trend.The content of proline continues to rise with the progress of the dormancy process,and slowly decreases when it is ready to release dormancy,which is consistent with the accumulation of low temperature demand and the progress of the dormancy process.
