In nature,plants are often harmed by more plant-feeding insects.When plants are harmed by such pests,they will generate induced defense response and have direct and indirect,beneficial or adverse effects on feeding pests.In this paper,on the basis of the existing research at home and abroad and combined with the previous work accumulated by the research group,tea aphid and tea geometrid larvae were selected as the research objects,and the effects of tea aphid honeydew on the growth and feeding selection of tea geometrid were determined by insect biological measurement and other research methods.Effects of tea tree leaf metabolites with different days of damage by tea aphid on the growth and development of tea geometrid;The effects of tea aphid feeding on the growth and development of natural enemies of tea geometrid were determined.The growth and development effects of tea aphid taken by tea geometrid were determined.Molecular biological techniques were used to determine the transcription levels of important synthetic and signaling genes in the jasmonic acid pathway.Main findings:(1)honey dew applied on isolated leaves of tea tree feeding on tea geometrid larvae has no significant influence on the growth and development of tea geometrid larvae,and there is no evidence that tea geometrid larvae have a tendency to feed on leaves with honey dew.(2)the cocoon weight of the wasp larvae after cocooning was significantly higher than that of the control group.(3)The tea tree leaf metabolites damaged by tea aphid for 4d and 6d were fed to tea geometrid.The growth and development of tea geometrid were not significantly affected by pupal weight,pupal length and pupal width.(4)the use of tea geometrid feeding salicyl hydroxamic acid and jasmonic acid processing of tea tree and determination of jasmonic acid synthesis and signaling pathways important in gene of relative expression,we found that by detecting geometrid 1 h,3 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h after the quantity found their expression,besides CsAOC,several other genes are response and express quantity increased in a short time.These results suggest that the damage of tea inchworm induces the expression of JA pathway synthetic genes.(5)there was a significant difference in the developmental period and production time of tea aphid on 72 h tea seedlings of tea inchworm compared with CK.To sum up,tea aphid honeydew and its metabolites produced by the harm in tea tree-tea geometrid interaction relations does not play an important role,and tea aphid harm can promote tea inchworm parasitic natural enemy of single white cotton wool cocoon bees to growth and development,and the exogenous jasmonic acid induced by inhibition of child restrain the tea after the inchworm feeding defense reaction pathways related jasmonic acid,these can provide theoretical basis for tea tree green in the field of the prevention and control.
