| Facility agriculture uses modern facilities to change the environment for crop growth,which to some extent weakens the constraints of the natural environment on crop growth and enables normal growth under low temperature conditions.Due to the cost of construction of the facility structure and the impact of lower temperature in winter,despite the optimized design,the winter low temperature and low temperature still requires external heating,especially temporary emergency heating facilities.Studying a variety of temporary,short-term heating equipment is very necessary to solve the short-term temporary short-term cold damage of the current facility agriculture.At present,such temporary heating equipment includes hot air stove,warm air stove,solar radiation heating,etc.What are the performance of these equipment? How about the warming effect? No special research has been done yet.This study mainly used the four types of heat sources currently used in the market to evaluate the performance of heating in the greenhouse.Through the use in greenhouse production,a superior heating device is finally screened out.At the same time,a systematic and comprehensive thermal load analysis was carried out on the heat loss and acquisition in the greenhouse during the test,and the heat load during the working period of each equipment was analyzed.The optimal equipment is selected through various comparisons.A total of eight types of emergency warming equipment were analyzed.Including heaters(Baoshi 3kW,Jiyi 5kW,Longyu 5kW),hot blast stove(Berricks 15kW),infrared radiator 20 kW and fuel heaters(Green 30 kW,THC30kW)and greenhouse heating block(Shouhe),The use of electrical energy and fossil fuels and biofuels to convert heat to provide heat to the greenhouse.The main findings are as follows:In the model greenhouse test,a total of seven equipment were tested,namely Baogong,Jiyi,Longyu,Greenyi,THC,Berex,and Shouhe.The test shows that: 7 kinds of equipment can increase the temperature in the greenhouse 6-13℃,the greenhouse heating block using bioenergy to heat energy is not obvious,the temperature is only increased by 6℃,suitable for auxiliary heating,not in line with emergency heating.Conditions,trade-off thermal efficiency and economic input analysis believe that Berex has higher purchasing speed than other equipment,but the heating speed is fast,the heating effect is obvious,the use cost is low,and the solid selection is the optimal equipment.The three equipments of Baogong,Longyu and Jiyi are small in power and suitable for use in small greenhouses.In the test of large-span asymmetric water-controlled brewing heat insulation greenhouse,the heating performance of six kinds of equipment was tested,including Berex,Green One,Infrared Warmer and Baogong,Longyu,Jiyi(the three equipments are One group,heating at the same time,the test shows that the temperature in the greenhouse is increased by 2.2-4.7℃ on average,and the infrared radiation warmer only rises by 2.2℃,and the equipment is expensive,the heating cost is large,and the space is large,which is not suitable for emergency addition.Temperature,while Bereks temperature rises 4.7℃,is the highest temperature equipment,and the heating rate is fast,the price is low,the space reoccupation rate is small,it is more suitable for use in a large greenhouse,which is the best equipment.The overall conclusion is that the heater is a heating method with less investment,low energy consumption,fast heating speed and relatively high economic benefits. |
