Study On The Adaptability Of Early Maturity Fresh Grape Introduction In Yangling,Shaanxi Province

In this experiment,14 medium-premature table grapes are cultivated in Yangling,Shaanxi Province.Among them,Flame seedless,Victoria,WH11-39,WH11-41,Early black,Cardinal,Love roses,Gold finger,GuiFei rose are cultivated in the greenhouse,Yellow roses,Muscat kyoho,WH11-26 and Himrod seedless are cultivated in rain shelter,Summer black is cultivated in greenhouse and land,and Hutai NO.8 is cultivated in greenhouse,rain shelter and land.In 2018,the physiology,botanical traits,economic traits,berry quality,nutrient composition and disease resistance of the tested varieties were investigated,in order to obtain the adaptive data of the early-maturing table grape varieties introduced and planted in Yangling area.Provide scientific basis for the introduction of early-maturing table grapes in Yangling area.Research indicates:1.In 2018,the germination period of the tested table grapes in the greenhouse of Yangling area was concentrated in the middle and early March,in which the Hutai NO.8 and Flameless seedless germination period were the earliest,on March 7th,the latest was the GuiFei rose on March 24th.It is about 20 days ahead of the varieties cultivated in rain shelter and the late-maturing varieties in the greenhouse.The earliest ripening fruit was love roses,which reached full maturity on Augest 4th.The longest time from germination to maturity is Hutai No.8 about 175 days.2.There are certain differences in the shape of young leaves,tender trip,new shoots and mature leaves of 15 grape varieties.In terms of fruit traits,the heaviest cluster of the grapes is WH11-41,which is 550.38g,and the lightest one is the Flameless seedless,which is 100.88g.The heaviest fruit beery of these varieties is Hutai NO.8,which is 10.31g,and the lightest is Himrod Seedless,which is 2.22g.There are 4 non-nuclear varieties,namely,flameless nuclear,WH11-39,WH11-41 and Hutai No.8,and overall,the best performance of the fruit is Hutai No.8.3.Economic traits mainly include the following aspects:（1）During the ripening process,the overall tendency of grape’s the reducing sugar content of the grapes is increased,and the content of the titrated acid is decreased.The highest content of reducing sugar is WH11-39,197.08 g?L^-1,and the highest content of titration acid is WH11-41,5.14 g?L^-1;the reducing sugar and titration acid content of Love Rose is the lowest,the reducing sugar is 131.8g.?L^-1,titration acid is 2.35 g?L^-1.the lowest ration of sugar to acid is WH11-26.In terms of quality,the highest protein content is WH11-39,202.95 mg/100g,and the lowest content is WH11-26,36.94 mg/100g.The highest vitamin C content is Hutai NO.8,19.53 mg/100g,and the lowest is Cardinal,2.46mg/100g.According to the principal component analysis method,the comprehensive quality evaluation of reducing sugar,titratable acid,total phenol,total flavonoids,flavanols,tannins and soluble solids of table grapes was carried out.The highest score was yellow rose,followed by Hutai No.8,the lowest score is love rose.（2）In terms of high yield,the germination rate was good.The germination rate of yellow rose and WH11-39 in the 14 varieties was less than 50%,the highest germination rate was 88%,and the lowest is Yellow rose.The average number of spikes per shoot of WH11-39 is 1.5,and the flame seedless and WH11-26,which was 1.The highest yield per plant was Muscat kyoho,1.84kg/plant,and the lowest was Flameless seedless,0.32 kg/plant.（3）In terms of disease resistance,investigation of grape downy mildew,anthracnose,acid rot and black pox found that the best disease resistance is WH11-39,which is highly resistant to downy mildew and immune to other diseases.The worst performers are yellow roses and giant roses,which were susceptible to all four diseases.（4）In terms of storability,WH11-39,WH11-26 and Victoria have better storability.Its stalk area,tensile strength,pressure resistance and fruit brush are the largest.The worst storability is flameless.In summary,14 middle-early-ripe table grapes planted in Yangling area were found,except for Hutai No.8,which has been well-planted in Yangling,WH11-39,WH11-41、Yellow Rose,Muscat kyoho and Victoria has good adaptability in Yangling.
