| Gannan navel orange which gradually moved to the international market is the pillar industry of agricultural development in Southern Ganzhou after China joined the WTO.However,due to various factors such as insufficient imbalance in the process of industrial development,scientific management started late,product standards were not uniform,and technical barriers to trade were encountered in the export process,many countries such as the United States and the European Union could not export.The reason is mainly due to the lack of effective data support in terms of pesticide residues and element content,and there is doubt as to whether the quality standard of Gannan navel orange can meet the requirements of international standards.The paper bases on the analysis of the export situation and planting technology development of Gannan navel orange in recent years,the pesticide residues and the content of elements in the pulp of Gannan navel orange were studied.In the research on the status of pesticide residues,GIS treatment was used to determine sampling points in11 counties(cities,districts)in southern Ganzhou,and 224 samples of navel oranges were collected.A simple and rapid detection method was designed to detect the residues of 166 pesticides in the pulp of each sample.In the case,25 samples were randomly selected to compare the pesticide residue of the flesh peel.In terms of elemental content analysis in the flesh,765 navel orange flesh samples collected from 18 counties(cities,districts)in Ganzhou were subjected to strict limits on the five international standards of lead,cadmium,mercury,arsenic and selenium.Analysis and simultaneous determination of 16 rare earth elements Sc,Y,La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb,Lu affecting the flavor of Gannan navel orange.The results of the experiment showed that the pesticide residues in the pulp of all samples did not exceed the limited requirement of EU,the United States and Japan.The detection results of five elements of lead,cadmium,mercury,arsenic and selenium did not exceed 1%,and the content could meet the requirements of international standards.Some rare earth elements were detected in the flesh of different samples,and the content and type varied with the area,but the total amount of rare earth elements in all samples did not exceed the standard.The research shows that the quality of the fruit of Gannan navel orange can meet the requirements of international standards,and it has its own brand characteristics in terms of rare earth element content.It also has a good reference value to removal the Gannan navel orange trade barriers and better going abroad. |
