In this experiment,potato detoxification seedlings ’Xia Bodi’ and ’Yanshu No.4’ were used as test materials,and different amounts of biochar were applied(mass ratio: 0%,0.1%,0.3%,0.5%,0.7%,0.9).%)and different cultivation densities(plant spacing: 5 cm x 5 cm,5 cm x 10 cm,10 cm x 10 cm)were subjected to a substrate cultivation test.Through the analysis of the physical and chemical properties,agronomic traits,physiological indexes,yield and quality traits of two varieties of potato virus-free seedlings,the effects of biochar on potato seedlings in the cultivation of potato virus were studied,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for biochar in potato original seed production.The test results are as follows:After the application of biochar into the matrix,the bulk density of the matrix was reduced;the total porosity of the matrix was increased;the pH value of the matrix was increased;and the EC value of the matrix was increased.The matrix bulk density was inversely proportional to the amount of biochar applied.The total porosity,pH and EC were proportional to the amount of biochar applied.The effect of low-volume biochar application was not obvious,and the application of high-volume biochar was significant.With the increase of biochar application rate,the agronomic indicators of potato virus-free seedlings increased first and then decreased.At a density of 5cm×5cm,the ’Xiabodi’ and ’Jianshu 4’ virus-free seedlings were relatively excellent when the biochar application rate was 0.7%;at 5cm×10cm density,’Xiabodi’,The agronomic traits of Yanshu No.4 were better at 0.5% and 0.3% biochar application,respectively.At a density of 10 cm × 10 cm,when the amount of ’Xiabodi’ and ’Yanshu 4’ was 0.3%,the virus-free seedlings had the best growth.Biochar increased the content of chlorophyll in the leaves of two varieties of potato virus-free seedlings.The chlorophyll content increased first and then decreased with the increase of biochar application rate.The three density laws were similar.Biochar improved the root activity of the virus-free seedlings,and there was no obvious linear relationship between the activity of POD enzyme and SOD enzyme and the amount of biochar applied.Biochar affects the yield component of potato stock,which in turn affects potato yield.Biochar increased the number of potato seedlings and average potato weight in potato virus-free seedlings,and increased yield per plant and plot yield.When the amount of biochar applied exceeds the optimum concentration for each density,the yield tended to decrease.With the increase of density,the number of potato per plant and the yield of the potato in the virus-free seedlings increased,and the average single potato weight and the yield per plant decreased.Biochar had a better effect on potato yield improvement at high cultivation densities.At 5cm × 5cm,both ’Xiabodi’ and ’Yanshu 4’ had the highest yield in the community when the amount of biochar applied was 0.7%,which was 45.5% and 44.4% higher than that of CK.Biochar significantly increased the starch content,vitamin C content,soluble protein content and soluble sugar content of potato original tubers at the same density.There was no significant change in the quality index of ’Xiaboti’ at different densities,and the starch content of ’Yanshu 4’ decreased with increasing density.
