Study On The Improvement Of Cultivated Land Quality Based On Land Consolidation Project

The quality of cultivated land is the key to ensure the national food security.Under the background of the rapid development of social economy in China,the protection of cultivated land quality is facing increasing challenges.Land consolidation is an important means to improve the quality of cultivated land,which has achieved remarkable results in terms of the increase of cultivated land quantity and the improvement of cultivated land quality.How to test the effect of land renovation project on the improvement of cultivated land quality and explore the evaluation of cultivated land quality based on the characteristics of land consolidation project is a hot research topic in recent years.The research on the improvement of cultivated land quality is helpful to understand the dynamic change of cultivated land quality,to improve the conditions of rural production and to promote the structural reform on the supply side of agriculture.We will push rural areas out of poverty.Taking the land consolidation project of Beishifo Township as an example,this paper makes a qualitative analysis of the influence of land rehabilitation project on the quality of cultivated land by using the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis,theoretical analysis and empirical research.Based on the classification of agricultural land,the evaluation method is modified,and the change of cultivated land quality before and after land renovation at the scale of project area is evaluated from the angles of adding new cultivated land and upgrading the quality of farmland.So that the modified evaluation method is more suitable for land regulation projects and embodies the characteristics of the land consolidation project.Through this study,the main conclusions were as follows:(1)There was a close relationship between land consolidation and cultivated land quality.Through qualitative analysis of the correlation between land consolidation engineering and cultivated land quality,the land leveling project,field road project,irrigation and drainage project,farmland protection and ecological environment conservation project are obtained in the land consolidation project.All of them have a great influence on the quality of cultivated land.The quality of cultivated land is affected by organic matter content,terrain slope and irrigation guarantee rate.(2)The method of agriculture land classification was modified from two aspects,the natural quality of cultivated land and the level of land use,and the evaluation method of cultivated land quality of land rehabilitation project was obtained.Natural quality correction,the natural quality factors affected by the project are divided into sensitive factors,relatively sensitive factors and stability factors,and the weight score is determined.The correction of land use level selects the factors affecting the land use level of various engineering categories,determines the weight and score of the factors,and modifies the land use coefficient.(3)ArcGIS and CAD software were used to evaluate the quality of the improved cultivated land and the new cultivated land in the study area,and the natural quality,utilization and economy of cultivated land were determined according to the national equivalence and index range.Comparing the quality of cultivated land before and after land renovation,the natural quality of improved cultivated land was raised from 13 before land renovation to 12 after land renovation,and the utilization and economy were upgraded from 12 before land renovation to 11 after land renovation.The cultivated land quality of the new cultivated land is not lower than the cultivated land quality of the surrounding mature land.The evaluation results show that the land consolidation project can promote the improvement of the cultivated land quality significantly.This paper studies the improvement of cultivated land quality based on land consolidation engineering,and modifies the agricultural land classification method from two aspects,natural quality and land use level.It is verified that the modified land quality evaluation method can better reflect the influence of engineering characteristics on cultivated land quality than the traditional agricultural land classification method,and the study area has certain guiding significance for the design of land improvement project and the evaluation of cultivated land quality.
