While soil fertility is gradually degraded,crop yield is low,economic benefit is reduced.In order to ensure crop yield,the future development direction of modern agricultural technology should be strengthened in conservation tillage,the technology of subsoiling,stubble-breaking and compacting soil is an important part of conservation tillage technology.Through the above technology can not only break the traditional plough formed by many years of hard plow bottom,play the role of straw returning to the soil,further more,formed the soil structure of soft soil under compaction soil in vertical plane and alternateloosened soil with compacted soil in horizontal plane,which has the effect of keeping soil and fertilizer,increasing yield and increasing efficiency.In order to solve the problems of single function,many times into the field,high power consumption of the existing conservation tillage machine.This thesis describes the structure and working principle,and the operation device of subsoiling,stubble-breaking,crushing and compacting are designed and theoretical calculated,the structural style and parameters are determined.The finite element model of the subsoiling shovel is built and the simulation analysis is carried out to find out the problems existing in the design.And then,this thesis select an ordinary plane disc knife used for stubble,and analyse the strength of the material by finite element simulation.The compacting roller is designed,and the model of the contact process between the compacting roller and the soil is established,the finite element simulation analysis is carried out,it concludes that there is phenomenon of roller blocking.While,the design of anti clay device can effectively solve this problem.The prototype is processed and tested,test results proves that this machine can meet the design requirements better,which provides a reference for the combined tillage machine.This paper mainly further researched in the following aspects:(1)The structure and technical parameters of stubble,subsoiling,suppression of combination was determined,and expounds its working principle.The design of the frame of stubble,subsoiling,suppression of combination,and the stability of the machine are calculated,the results show that the machine meets the requirements.(2)Determine the structure and parameters of the subsoiling device,and analyze the mechanics of the deep shovel,shovel tip and shovel handle.The horizontal force of the shovel tip is 1400 N,and the vertical force is 3297 N.The horizontal force of the shovel is 3985 N,and the vertical force is3297 N.The deep loosening shovel is analyzed through finite element statics,subsoiler maximum stress was 209.91 MPa,the maximum stress is less than the material allowable stress,but the maximum deformation is large,so the installation of the shield,the protection of subsoiler,prolong the service life,so as to achieve the design requirements.A spring buffer is designed at the bolt connection to protect the deep shovel.(3)Determine the structure and parameters of the disc out the shovel.The moving track of the ordinary flat disc cutter is analyzed,the diameter of the common flat disc cutter is determined,and the force of the common flat disc cutter is obtained by mechanical analysis,and the material is 65 Mn steel.Finite element analysis for selection of 65 Mn steel material in common plane of the disk,the disk from the stubble of the stress distribution,the maximum strain is 0.00075,the maximum compressive stress is 150.92 MPa,the disc cutter made of 65 Mn steel,the yield strength is 430 MPa,the maximum stress is greater than the disc the stubble,the strength of ordinary disc cutter materials meet the design requirements.(4)Designing a press device to determine the width and diameter of the roller.The need to determine the soil parameters in the finite element model,friction angle,cohesion d and Poisson's ratio.In the finite element software ANSYS,a three-dimensional model of interaction between roller and soil is established.Set in a work cycle,the change of stress and pressure roller in soil with different load steps,the simulation results are obtained,and a press roller in advance when there will be some phenomenon of hilling.Simulation results show that the simulated values of the tractive resistance and the subsidence amount of the roller are in good agreement with the experimental values,thus proving the reliability of the model being created.The initial contact with the soil and ten roller load steps,the contact stress is 0.03 MPa,the soil pressure is 26.9MPa,with the roll forward,and the soil contact area increases,the stress increases gradually,and the soil pressure increases,when the completion of a work cycle and in the eighty step under load,contact stress 43.3MPa,the soil pressure is 94.9MPa,obtained by the ANSYS finite element simulation of soil and soil crushing town will appear the phenomenon of hilling in the work process,the design of the anti clay device,ensure the normal work of the town and the crushed soil,improve the quality of work.(5)The field performance test was taking.On the basis of standard NY/T 741-741 test operation quality and DG/T 026-026,the results of comparing the test results and technology requirement showed that the depth of subsoiling is(489.3±8.6)mm,the stability of subsoiling is(94.6±3.6)%,therate of stubble-breaking is(90.3±4.9)%,the rate of crushing soilis(89.3±1.4)%,and the land evenness is(30.8±6.7)mm.All indicators can meet the design requirements well.
