| With the large-scale and intensive adjustment of pig farming structure,the environmental status of pig houses under high-density farming environment has a vital impact on healthy growth of pigs,including temperature,humidity,carbon dioxide concentration and ammonia concentration.Timely and accurate grasp of the environmental status of piggery is the key to realize intelligent pig farming,However,the application of Internet of Things technology in pig breeding farming at present,and the remote monitoring system for environmental control of piggery through wireless communication technology mostly have problems such as inaccurate information,poor real-time data transmission and high power consumption,which can not meet the requirements of large-scale pig farming.According to the actual problems of environmental monitoring in piggery at home and abroad,combined with sensor technology,communication technology,computer technology,and applying data fusion technology to environmental monitoring in piggery,this paper designed a piggery environmental monitoring system based on Web and data fusion.so that farmers can monitor the environmental status of piggery anytime and anywhere and remote control of fans and wet curtains to regulate the environment of piggery.The hardware of the system is mainly composed of terminal information acquisition module,wireless transmission module and control execution module.LoRa technology is used in wireless transmission module,which combines GPRS with server-side connection to realize low-power long-distance transmission.The software platform takes monitoring center as remote server,Android as C/S client and browser as B/S client.The network management platform for remote real-time monitoring pigsty environment is designed and implemented.The design of database,real-time information release of browser platform and ASP.net technology are mainly introduced.Due to the instability of sensor and the interference of complex environment in pigsty,a two-level fusion model is designed by using multi-sensor data fusion technology.The conflict factor k is improved by improving Jousselme evidence distance formula in DS synthesis rules.The detection accuracy can be improved to some extent by using fuzzy sets and improved DS evidence theory.The feasibility of fusion is verified by experiments.The equipment of the system is installed in a breeding base,and the performance of the system is tested.The data transmission between server and client is accurate,the loss rate of network is low,and the system runs steadily,The environmental information after fusion is closer to the real situation.In the area covered by network,users can monitor the status of the pigsty at any time and control the switch of equipment.The human-machine interface is friendly,which meets the requirements of healthy pig breeding in the internet of things. |
