In this paper,an intelligent water-saving irrigation system based on LoRa communication technology is designed.By analyzing the current irrigation situation in China and the Internet of Things communication technology ZigBee and NB-loT used in the water-saving irrigation system,an intelligent water-saving irrigation system based on LoRa is proposed.The system consists of three parts: terminal node,LoRa communication module and upper computer.Form.Multivariable time series model is used to predict the soil moisture situation at the next moment according to the change of soil moisture,and different irrigation strategies are formulated according to different crop types.The terminal node has the function of collecting data and connecting with solenoid valve,which is the control module of irrigation system.Through SHT10 sensor,the temperature and humidity of soil can be converted into electrical signals,and the switch of solenoid valve can be controlled.The LoRa communication module is mounted on the terminal node,which transmits the soil moisture of the terminal node to the host computer,and at the same time transmits the control strategy of the host computer to the terminal node,so as to control the switch of the solenoid valve,and then control whether the system is watered or not.The upper computer has the function of receiving the soil moisture from the terminal node,predicting the soil temperature and humidity at the next moment according to the multivariate time series model,comparing with the irrigation strategy built in the upper computer,and then outputting the control amount to the terminal node to control the opening of the irrigation system.
