| In order to get the suitable subcutaneous immunization plan for nursing pigs, measuring nursery pigs ears, buttocks and groin skin thickness with vernier caliper, the skin thickness of three parts of 10-15 kg body weight were 1.59 mm,1.68 mm and 1.17 mm respectively and the skin thickness of three sites of 15-20 kg weight conservation pigs were 1.75 mm,2.74 mm and 1.20 mm respectively, and the skin thickness of three sites of 20-25 kg weight conservation pigswere 1.97 mm,1.22 mm and 3.03 mm respectively.Considering the convenience of subcutaneous injection,it is recommended that the most suitable subcutaneous vaccination plan for nursing pigs is 15 degrees-with 7.7mm of 15 degrees to 4.0mm of 30 degrees in ear piercing and skin plane. In order to verify the difference between subcutaneous(SC)injection and muscle(IM)injection of classical swine fever vaccine(CSFV).A total of 40 healthy male piglets aged from 21 days old were selected and divided into 8 groups(group A-H)and 5 head/group according to the serum IgG antibody level of CSFV.The level of antibody in each group was similar. One day(22 days old)after the start of the trial, the pigs were immunized according to different injection doses and ways, and the corresponding diluting water immune control group was added..It was found that the average antibody level of 8 groups of piglets dropped to varying degrees on the 0-14 day after the experiment. In the 14-35 days after the test, the other 6 groups(subcutaneous injection group A-C and muscle injection group E-G)were all increased, except the subcutaneous control group and the muscle control group continued to decline. The antibody levels of 3 subcutaneous injection groups(group A-C)were all higher than those in the 3 muscle control group(group E-G),and the level of antibody in group C with 0.5 parts of the subcutaneous injection was higher than that of the group D.0-35 day after the experiment, there was no significant difference in the results of flow cytometry between subcutaneous injection and intramuscular injection(P>0.05).Conclusion:to achieve the same antibody level, the dose of CSFV vaccine only needs(or less than)the 1/4 of intramuscular injection. The results showed the difference between the subcutaneous injection of swine fever vaccine and the intramuscular injection, which provided a useful basis for the pig farmers to save the cost of the swine fever vaccine. |
