Rice is the largest grain variety with the largest sown area,the largest total yield and the highest yield per unit area in China.At present,artificial seeding and transplanting are still the main methods of rice planting in China,which has the disadvantages of high labor intensity,high labor cost and low operating efficiency.Compared with traditional transplanting rice,mechanical direct seeding has the advantages of saving labor and seedling field,improving productivity and reducing labor intensity,etc.,which is of great significance to realize the light simplification,specialization and scale of rice production.To meet the needs of mechanized direct seeding of rice,this paper designed a new type of spoon-hook seed metering device.Aiming at the disadvantages of current direct seeding machines,this paper optimized the structure of seed metering device.On the basis of optimization,this paper theoretically analyses the working process of metering device,and combines modern computer aided analysis technology to carry out optimum design,kinematics simulation,prototype trial-manufacture and experiment.The specific contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzed the research status of rice direct seeder and seed metering device at home and abroad,optimized the structure of seed metering device after selecting its type,and elaborated the overall design scheme of the direct seeder and the working principle of scoop-hook seed metering device.Secondly,the specific design of key components of seed metering device was carried out,and the movement and force condition of seeds during several working stages of seed metering device were analyzed to provide theoretical basis for the subsequent optimization and improvement of seed metering device.Thirdly,the Solidworks is used to realize the modeling of 3d entity according to the preliminary design parameters and the modern design method.Modal analysis was carried out on the frame part of the seed metering device installation to verify the rationality of the design.Taking the groove shape,effective working length and rotation speed as experimental factors,the EDEM software was used to carry out simulation experiments on the seed metering device.The experiments showed that the groove shape designed in this paper met the expected design requirements and had better working performance compared with other types of grooves.Finally,a prototype was trial-produced based on the analysis and results of the full text.The ground seeding test was designed to verify the seeding performance of the seed metering device,and the field seeding test was set to investigate the reliability of the whole machine.The experimental results show that the designed direct seeder meets the expected goals and can meet the agricultural requirements of rice seeding.
