The progenies of‘Bluecrop’,‘Duke’,‘Bluecrop’and‘Duke’and‘Bluecrop’and‘Duke’northern high bush blueberry cultivars were used as experiment materials. The leaf(leaf shape index, leaf size and leaf area et al)and fruit traits(fruit shape index, fruit weight, soluble solids content and organic acid content)were investigated to study the heredity tendency.Research indicates as follows:1.Fruit and leaf traits are quantitative traits that are controlled by multiple genes and show continuous variation.2.The content of soluble solids in the orthogonality shows a high degree of inheritance, and the reverse genetics shows a low inheritance, showing an obvious paternal effect. The content of organic acid components is generally low-inherited,and is a genetic model controlled by major genes and multiple genes. There is no obvious maternal and paternal effects.3.The fruit shape index of F1 generation presented a larger tendency, the average inheritance of transfer ability and the value of the average over-high parent rate was 103.68%and 27.65%respectively.The average fruit weight presented different genetic tendency, the F1generation of orthogonal tended to larger while reciprocal cross generation tended to smaller.4.When the hybrid combination of‘Bluecrop’and‘Duke’was adopted, the offspring presented a tendency of high sugar content and large fruit shape index. But there was a problem that the single fruit weight was small. When the hybrid combination of‘Duke’and‘Bluecrop’was used to the target of breeding, the offspring will show a tendency of large weight weight, small fruit shape index and low soluble solid content.5.The leaf index and leaf size of F1 generation presented a decreasing trend, with the average coefficient variation of 7.92%and 13.86%,and the average transmitting ability of92.57%and 61.15%respectively.The leaf area of orthogonal tended to larger inheriance, the average transmitting ability and the the average over-high parent rate were 103.68%and 30.77%respectively.And no plants with the phenomenon of the over-high parents were observed in reciprocal cross. Therefore leaf area can be used as one of the early selection indicators of hybrid offspring.6.The extremely significant positive correlation between leaf traits and the longitudinal diameter of fruit in orthogonal offspring.
