Schisandra chinensis is a perennial deciduous vines,common economic crop in Northeast China,because of the high economic value,which has widely cultivated in the Northeast of China.To study the relationship between the planting years of Schisandra with black spot disease,Schisandra orchard the orchard with different planting years in Schisandra Alternaria occurrence and different cultivation methods influence on composition content and yield of Schisandra chinensis.The results as follow:With the increase of Schisandra planting years,Schisandra plant infection rate and degree of disease will be greatly improved,which is very harmful to the cultivation and production of Schisandra chinensis.The leaves of different disease conditions observed by paraffin sections,found in healthy leaves compared with the susceptible leaf palisade tissue and spongy cells closely aligned and spongy cells loose leaf disease,irregular arrangement,serious infection causing the blade cavity,seriously affecting the growth of leaves.The internal structure of Schisandra plant leaves in different planting time differences in measurement data is six years of leaf thickness and spongy tissue thickness,with chip shape were observed in the palisade parenchyma and spongy tissue is not tight,loose,causing black spot pathogen infection easily by the.The leaves of different susceptible level were measured by physiological and biochemical indexes,it is found that the three significant differences in SOD,POD,PAL and PPO activity,no significant differences in chlorophyll content exist;activity of four kinds of enzyme activity is the highest in the infection area is less than 25%,the content of SOD,POD,PAL description and PPO can be used as Schisandra disease resistant evaluation conditions.Low herbaceous cover hillside orchards,bare hillside orchards and fruit orchards were bare farmland disease investigation of hillside environment,climate and environment field determination of schisandra fruit yield and quality comparison,found that low growing herbaceous plants on the hillsides can effectively reduce soil temperatures above 3 degrees,an increase of 4.3% soil moisture content increased the yield of 0.38 times,at the same time to reduce the occurrence of black spot of some help,on the content of effective components of the fruit also improved.In addition,it can greatly reduce the manpower cost of daily management,and is very helpful to the healthy development of Schisandra industry.
