In this paper,four experiments were carried out to analyze the nutritional characteristics and free gossypol content of common spent mushroom substrate(SMS)in Fujian Province.Four kinds of alkali storages such as CaO,Ca(OH)2,CaO+3%urea and Ca(OH)2+3%urea were studied.The effects of treatment on the nutritional characteristics and free gossypol;The in vitro gas production was used to select the TMR formula based on the complex alkali storage of SMS;The breeding experiment based on the complex alkali storage of SMS to fattening goats TMR.Provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of SMS.Experiment 1 Analysis of nutritional components and nutritional characteristics of common SMS in Fujian Province.The nutritional characteristics of 11 common SMS in Fujian were evaluated by CNCPS method,and their relative feeding value was evaluated.The results showed that the NDF and ADF of the bacillus were 34.23%63.85%and23.04%46.80%,respectively.Among the carbohydrate components,the available carbohydrate(CA+CB1+CB2)content was 26.68%61.78.%,CC is 38.51%73.32%;CP content of bacillus is 9.00%16.17%.Among the protein components,PA is 18.42%38.33%,PB is 29.56%55.2%,PC is 21.16%48.69%;The RFV of bacillary dysentery is 76.40192.81,except for the RFV of Pleurorus eryngi,Hypsizygus marmoreus,Agrocybe aegerita,and Tremella of SMS are less than 100,and the remaining SMS are more than 100.The free gossypol of SMS is 88.96151.82 mg/kg.Experiment 2 Study on the alkali storages effect of SMS.In this experiment,four kinds of alkali storages such as CaO,Ca(OH)2,CaO+3%urea and Ca(OH)2+3%urea were used for storage.The addition amount of each treatment of SMS[CaO or Ca(OH)2]was 3%,4%,5%and 6%,4repetitions for each level,2 for the blank group,1 group of blank CK is only SMS,and the other group of blank is CKU is SMS+3%Urea.Storing at normal temperature for 30 days.The results showed that CaO and Ca(OH)2 alkali storage could significantly reduce the contents of NDF,ADF,ADL,CC and free gossypol,increase the content of CA,CB1,CB2and RFV;CaO+3%urea complex alkali storage compared with only CaO alkali storage,its CP can be increased by 40.11%43.22%,free gossypol content decreased by 3.12%9.57%;Ca(OH)2+3%urea complex alkali storage is compared with only Ca(OH)2 alkali storage,CP and RFV can be increased by 26.76%to 34.53%and 8.00%to 16.48%,respectively.The free gossypol content is decreased by 2.88%to 9.50%.The CaO and Ca(OH)2 alkali storage was not significant.The addition of 3%urea complex alkali storage was better than only CaO or Ca(OH)2 alkali storage,and it could be preserved for a long time.The 5%CaO+3%Urea complex alkali storage of SMS effect is best.Experiment 3 selecting based on complex alkali storage treatment of SMS for goats TMR formulas.In this experiment,6 goats of 6 months old and weight 25±2.5 kg were randomly selected.Goats equipped with rumen cannula were used for providing rumen fluid.ANKOM RFS in vitro gas production system was used to selcet the diet based on compound alkali storage of SMS.The fattening goats TMR with alkali storage of SMS addition ratio 0%(CKY),20%(YF1),30%(YF2),40%(YF3);The rams TMR alkali storage of SMS addition ratio 0%(CKZ),25%(ZG1),35%(ZG2),45%(ZG3);The empty ewes TMR alkali storage of SMS addition ratio 0%(CKK),15%(KH1),25%(KH2),35%(KH3);The pregnant ewes TMR alkali storage of SMS addition ratio 0%(CKH),15%(HY1),20%(HY2),25%(HY3).The results showed that,the fattening goats TMR formulas in GP48h was YF2>YF1>YF3>CKY;The NH3-N and MCP of YF2 experimental groups was significantly higher than CKY(P<0.05);The IVTD and TVFA of YF2 experimental groups was extremely significantly higher than CKY(P<0.01).Comprehensive effect,YF2formula is the best.The rams TMR formulas in GP48h was ZG1>ZG2>CKZ>ZG3;The MCP of ZG1 and ZG2 experimental groups were significantly higher than CKZ(P<0.01);The IVTD and TVFA of ZG2experimental groups were significantly higher than CKZ and ZG1(P<0.05).Comprehensive effect,ZG2 formula is the best.The empty ewes TMR formulas in GP48h was KH1>KH2>CKK>KH3;The MCP of KH1and KH2 experimental groups were significantly higher than CKK(P<0.01);The TVFA of KH2 experimental groups were significantly higher than CKK(P<0.01)and KH1(P<0.05);Comprehensive effect,KH2formula was the best.The pregnant ewes TMR formulas in GP48h was HY1>CKH>HY2>HY3;The MCP of HY1 experimental groups were significantly higher than CKH(P<0.01).Comprehensive effect,HY1formula was the best.Experiment 4 the fattening goats TMR of feeding test based on complex alkali storage of SMS.In this study,fattening experiment of goats with TMR of complex alkali storage of SMS.The experiment was divided into two groups.The experimental group was fed with 30%alkali storage of SMS and the control group was fed with conventional diet formula.Its production performance,blood biochemical indicators and economic benefit analysis were determined.The results showed that,the DMI of the experimental group was 16.37%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the average daily gain was 16.56%higher than the control group;The experimental group of carcass weight,meat carcass,meat bone ratio,pure meat percent and GR were higher than the control group.In terms of blood biochemical indicators,the blood glucose level of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The experimental group of TMR diet cost decreased by 10.66%,and the economic benefit increased by 69.13%than the control group.Summary:This experiment shows that SMS as unconventional feed resources,and the effect is better after alkali storage treatment.The appropriate ratio of alkali storage sputum in goat TMR diet is better than conventional diet.The 30%alkali storage SMS in fatting goats was better than the conventional diet.
