With the rapid development of China,the total economic volume is increasing,and the consumption of resources is also increasing.Among them,the increase of population and the development of agriculture make our demand for water resources larger.As China’s water resources are not large,water conservation has become a major theme of sustainable development.Water resources are an indispensable resource in our daily life.Farmland irrigation consumes a lot of water resources,but the utilization rate is not high.Therefore,in order to improve the utilization rate of farmland irrigation water resources and achieve more precise water control,The purpose of this paper is to design and improve the watershed gate control system for farmland channel irrigation,so that it can achieve more accurate measurement and control the flow rate more accurately.Through consulting a large amount of literature,in the existing control system of the water gate,the metering system of the water gate is mainly used to complete the metering work.If you want to control the flow,you need to operate the gate by people.The degree of opening,therefore,makes the control of the flow still not accurate enough,and this manual control method is also inefficient.By analyzing the outflow flow pattern of the open channel gate,it is found that only the free outflow state in the outflow state of the gate hole can accurately adjust the flow rate through the gate.The state of submerged outflow is small because the liquid level downstream of the gate is not much different from the liquid level upstream of the gate.Therefore,the generated jet will affect the calculation of the gate flow,making it less accurate,so it is not easy to achieve precise flow control;The size is independent of the size of the gate opening.Therefore,the flow state of the water of the water gate is kept in a free flow state,which can facilitate the measurement and control of the gate flow.In order to ensure that the gate outflow state is free outflow,this paper uses the combination of the brakes to achieve this purpose.In this paper,the artificial bee colony algorithm is introduced.In order to improve the convergence rate and accuracy of the algorithm,the algorithm is improved and the algorithm is applied to the control of the gate opening.In order to make the flow reach a certain value,it can be calculated according to the open channel flow calculation formula.The optimal gate opening degree,the controller controls the gate to adjust the opening of the gate to the corresponding size,so that the flow rate can be controlled more quickly and accurately.Given a flow value,the user can calculate the corresponding gate opening degree by calculation.Of course,the premise is that the controller gives the range of flow control in different states by calculation,and sets the flow rate within this range.Otherwise,it is Invalid.The STM32F4 series MCU is used as the controller of the gate field control terminal.The μC/OS-III system is transplanted to the MCU,and each part of the hardware is integrated.By designing different tasks,various functions are realized,such as liquid level.Measurement,measurement of gate opening,control of gate opening,realization of remote communication,storage of field data,etc.In the design process of the remote control center,the most popular interface design soft QT is used to design the monitoring center user interface,and the SQL Sever database software is used to design the database of the remote operation center,and the operation of the database by QT will be used.The data from the scene is stored in the database.Of course,this also uses the Socket server monitoring technology to accept data from the field controller.Finally,the hardware and software of the designed system were tested and tested in the Water Conservancy Experimental Hall of Taiyuan University of Technology.The accuracy of the flow control and the accuracy of the gate data were in line with the project requirements.
