Stuy On Grassland Ecological Animal Husbandry Cooperatives In Qinghai Province

Qinghai Province is an important ecological barrier in China.The grassland ecological animal husbandry stock cooperatives promote the common development of ecology,production and life in Qinghai Province.It is a model that the government leads and herders try to explore together.It has been tested and tested for local development in Qinghai.This paper systematically studies grassland ecological animal husbandry stock cooperatives by means of case analysis,combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.This paper introduces the status quo and property rights changes of grassland ecological animal husbandry stock cooperatives in Qinghai Province,and then analyzes the typical cases of six states in Qinghai,and summarizes the general rules of the development of stock cooperatives: grass stocking,livestock breeding,grassland planning The district’s rotation and animal husbandry,the division of labor and division of labor,and the income-based dividends are paid according to the labor.The unique practices of the development of cooperatives in various states are also found,and the reasons for the development of the stock cooperatives are analyzed from a theoretical perspective.In the process of development,there are still some problems inside and outside the cooperative,mainly because the cooperatives have strong dependence on the government,the internal governance level of the cooperatives is insufficient,the comprehensive ability of the members is weak,and the funds are lacking.In response to these problems,the article proposes to increase the endogenous motivation of cooperative development,improve the internal governance capacity of cooperatives,improve the comprehensive ability of members,diversify funds,encourage and improve the development of joint society,and hope to provide assistance for the development of cooperatives.
