| The replacement of chemical fertilizer by organic fertilizer is an important measure for China to carry out the zero-growth action of chemical fertilizers and accelerate the development of green agriculture.Exploring the appropriate replacement rate of organic fertilizer has become the primary problem of organic fertilizer application.In this study,"Apple"and"Cherry"were used as materials to explore the effects of different ratios of organic and inorganic substitutions on fruit yield,quality,biological characteristics and soil fertility.Provide theoretical basis and technical support for rational fertilization in Shanxi fruit industry.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Taking the apple test station of Northwest A&F University in Luochuan County of Shaanxi Province as the research platform,the 5-year-old late-dwarf dwarf extension red was used as the test material.And the conventional fertilization,optimized nitrogen reduction,organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer 25%,50%,75%fertilization were set.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the yield of different organic fertilizer replacement rates,but the soluble sugar content,soluble solids and VC content of fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer 25%,50%were higher than conventional fertilization and optimized nitrogen reduction.Fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer 25%,50%,75%treatment soil water content,organic matter content,available potassium and available phosphorus content increased compared with conventional fertilization.The MBC content of fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer 25%,50%,75%treatments increased significantly by 162.22%,182.28%and 209.88%respectively.The MBN content increased significantly by 35.62%,56.49%and 39.61%.The qMB range under different organic fertilizer replacement rate treatment ranged from 1.43%to 3.37%.Fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer 50%was the largest;The enzyme activities of different organic fertilizer replacement rates were higher than that of single application of chemical fertilizers;Soil nutrient content,microbial quantity,There is a significant and significant correlation between soil microbial biomass and soil enzyme activity.There were no significant differences in fruit setting rate,venetian quality,venetian thickness,leaf area,specific leaf weight,and chlorophyll content in different organic fertilizer replacement rates.In summary,the replacement of some chemical fertilizers by organic fertilizers has improved the soil quality and fruit quality of orchard,and promoted the growth and development of fruit trees.It is an important measure to fertilize soil,improve quality and increase efficiency,In the production,it is recommended to replace organic fertilizer with chemical fertilizer by 25%50%.(2)Taking the modern agricultural comprehensive experimental station of the Northwest A&F University of Fuping County as the research platform,the"Renni"cherry was used as the test material,and the purified fertilizer,fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer 50%,and pure organic fertilizer were set.The results showed that in the 0-20 cm soil layer,compared with purified fertilizer,fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer 50%treated SOM,AK,BAC,ACT,total microorganisms,MBC,MBN,qMB andβG,AKP,NAG increased by 25%,11.38%,12.10%,12.04%,12.09%,46.08%,8.75%,16.76%,64.51%,21.63%,53.96%respectively.FUN content decreased significantly by 10.75%.In the 20-40 cm soil layer,the organic matter content of pure organic fertilizer is the highest,significantly increased by 66.88%compared with the purified fertilizer;M50 AP,AK,qMB content of the fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer 50%is the highest,respectively significantly higher than the purified fertilizer 66.15%,12.60%,59.89%.Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant or extremely significant correlation between SOM and BAC,FUN,βG,MBC and MBN.There was also a significant or extremely significant positive correlation between soil microbial biomass,microbial biomass and soil enzyme activity.The quality indicators of 50%treatment of organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer are higher than other treatments.The average yield of M50 treatment was the highest,reaching 7284.7kg/ha,which was not significantly different from M0,and M100 was the lowest.According to the comprehensive test results,the rational application of organic and inorganic is better. |
