| With the improvement of people’s living standards, the demand for high-quality meat products has been increasing.Under the intensive farming mode, the breeding environment has an important impact on the healthy growth of animals. Therefore,it is of great significance that real-time monitoring of the animal breeding environment. This paper selects the growth environment of pigs as the research object, design and develop a pig house environment monitoring system, which includes three parts: field monitor terminal, cloud platform and the client. The main content and results of this paper are as follows:1.Study of the effects of environmental factors on pig growth, includes air temperature and humidity, light intensity, airborne PM concentration, carbon dioxide concentration, ammonia concentration and hydrogen sulfide gas concentration, and analyze of the research status of pig house environmental monitoring system at home and abroad.2.Design and implement the pig house environment monitoring system;the field monitor terminal consists of monitoring unit and controlling unit, mainly including STM32F411RET6 microcontroller,ESP8266 wireless communication module, sensor module, relay module;OneNET cloud platform acting as the upper computer service platform to manage the access to monitoring terminals and store the environmental data;provide users with remote monitoring functions by developing a web page and mobile APP.3.The module function test was completed in the laboratory environment, and the system test was completed at a breeding base. The results show that the system can monitor the temperature and humidity, light intensity, carbon dioxide concentration, air particulate matter concentration, hydrogen sulfide gas concentration and ammonia concentration in real time;when the environmental factor exceeds the preset When the value is triggered, the alarm will be triggered. The control unit will drive the relay to control the field device through the system web page or the mobile APP.It was verified that the system has the ability to monitor the pig house environment remotely. |
