Preliminary Study On The Effect Of Ornamental Bamboo Forest Environment On Human Immune System

Along with the fast development of urbanization,People’s materialneeds and mental demand are severely out of balance.And The happiest of people not only from rich material conditions,but also spiritual satisfaction is also an important indicator.As a result,more and more people choose to be close to nature,and feel the benefits of green plants.Ornamental bamboo is an important factor of landscape design.Apart from the rich sensory stimulation,can the ecological environment that is composed of it also affect the health of the human body? To explore the effect of bamboo forest environment on human immune system,we conducted a three-day ornamental bamboo forest bathing experiment.In this study,there were 120 college students as subjects,and randomly divided into four groups,gender parity.The four samples were urban environment(wenjiang street),ornamental bamboo forest environment(Yaan bamboo forest,Dujiangyan bamboo forest,Yibin bamboo forest).At 8 o ’clock on the first day and the fourth day of the experiment,the subjects were sampled with 5 milliliters of fasting peripheral blood,as an experimental analysis sample.And USES the Lactate Dehydrogenase,Lactate Dehydrogenase,LDH)Assay,Flow Cytometry,Flow Cytometry,FCM)and biotin double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked Immunosorbent method(Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay,ELISA)examined subjects crowd through four experimental samples to experience the change of the human body immune system indicators before and after,such as peripheral blood NK(Natural Killer,NK)cells,the number of active and medium,etc.And these indicators and environmental indicators were analyzed:(1)The influence of urban environment and ornamental bamboo forest environment on human blood indexes.(2)The influence of bamboo forest environment on human blood indexes of different genders.(3)The influence of different ornamental bamboo forests on the blood indexes of human body.The remain conclusion are summarized as follow :(1)The urban environment has no significant effect on human immune system.(2)Ornamental bamboo forest environment can improve the immune function of human body.(3)There was no significant difference in the influence of bamboo forest environment on human immune system of different genders.(4)In this study,Yibin bamboo forest environment is better than Yaan bambooforest environment.and Dujiangyan bamboo forest environment for improving human health.
