| Compound enzyme and bacillus probiotics are two safe and environmentally friendly feed additives,that very important to the no antibiotics for the breeding.This test study the compound enzyme that include xylanase,cellulose,mannase and the probiotics include the bacillus subtilis and bacillus licheniformis,The compound enzyme and probiotics are provided by the Shenyang Fame biotechnology Co,.Ltd..We study the effect of the compound enzyme and probiotics.And related technologies use the compound enzyme and bacillus probiotics to improve the growth rate and feed utilization rate of early weaned piglets,for both provide a scientific basis for application in piglets.It has important theoretical and practical significance for alleviating the harm of antibiotics.Test one aimed at effects of compound enzyme and bacillus probiotics and nutrient digestion.A total of 120 weaning 21 days or within 3 days Ternary hybridization were according to nest and gender arranged into 4 groups with 30 replicates per group(each group have a nest one male and one female).Control group was fed a basal diet.Experimental groups Ⅰ was fed the basal diets supplemented with 0.25% compound enzyme.Experimental groups Ⅱ was fed the basal diets supplemented with 0.25% bacillus probiotics.Experimental groups Ⅲ was fed the basal diets supplemented with 0.25% compound enzyme +0.25% bacillus probiotics.Experimental period was 30 day.The results showed as follows:(1)the addition of compound enzyme and bacillus probiotics respective can significantly increase average daily feed and reduce the feed conversion ratio(P<0.05).Both compound enzyme and bacillus probiotics addition can very significant average daily feed and reduce the feed conversion ratio(P<0.01).Both addition can significant increase average daily feed and reduce the feed conversion ratio than the single addition(P<0.05).The addition of compound enzyme and bacillus probiotics single and common can very significantly reduce diarrhea rate(P<0.01),there are no effect on mortality;(2)The addition of compound enzyme and bacillus probiotics single and common can significant increase energy,protein digestion rate(P<0.05),single addition can significant increase the crude fiber digestion rate(P<0.05).The both additions can very significant increase the crude fiber digestion rate(P<0.01)and significant higher than the group of probiotics(P<0.05).(3)The addition of compound enzyme and bacillus probiotics single and common can increase piglets gross profit 19.67¥、25.29¥、31.87¥。,respectively.The conclusion was as follow: The addition of compound enzyme and bacillus probiotics single and common can increase piglets average daily feed,reduce the feed conversion ratio and diarrhea rate,increase energy protein fiber digestion rate and increase every piglet gross profit.We can conclude that compound enzyme and bacillus probiotics should be added together.Test two aimed at promotion early weaning technique addition compound enzyme and bacillus probiotics.At the three pig farm statistics 54 sows,108 litters of piglets,totaling 1249 piglets data.Compared before and after promotion the weaning days ahead of time 8 days,reduce diarrhea rate 19.67%,slaughter weight increases 2.37 g,each piglet increases gross profit 57.53¥.The conclusion was as follow: the early weaning technique addition compound enzyme and bacillus probiotics are worth to promotion.Above all,recommend 0.25%compound enzyme and 0.25% bacillus probiotics together. |
