Analysis On The Cost And Benefit Of Medium Scale Laying Hens

In recent years,the economic benefit of laying hens is generally low,the main reason is that the production cost of laying hens is increased;especially the feed cost,epidemic prevention cost and labor cost are rising gradually,while the egg price continues to decline and fluctuate continuously.This directly leads to a decline in the profits of laying hens raised by breeders.In order to accurately understand the effect of laying hens undefined production cost on income and promote its steady and sustainable development,this paper carried out a detailed investigation on the cost and income of laying hens undefined breeding cost.The cost of laying hens can be divided into two parts: fixed cost and variable cost.Fixed costs include fixed assets depreciation,maintenance,wages,interest and so on;variable costs include feed,epidemic prevention,utilities,death,tools,materials,fuel,etc.The income of laying hens was negatively correlated with the cost,especially the unit variable cost,that is,the higher the unit variable cost,the smaller the income.Laying hens breeding is an important part of aquaculture,and also an important channel to increase farmers’ undefined income.In recent years,China undefined layer breeding is also going through the stage of changing from small to large,from scattered to centralize feeding,from small family workshop to large-scale,standardization of excessive feeding stage.Medium-scale laying hens provide sufficient egg resources for the market,greatly enrich the vegetable basket of citizens,and contribute to stabilizing the market and regulating egg prices.However,due to the characteristics of continuity,circulation,risk and income uncertainty,the breeding of laying hens has brought a lot of constraints in the breeding process,especially the increasing of the cost squeezes the profit space of the farmers year by year.As a result,farmers cannot be healthy,stable development.This paper makes a systematic analysis on the cost and benefit of laying hens breeding in Yingkou City,and tries to analyze the cost and income of the scale laying hens from the two aspects of practice and theory,and puts forward some methods to reduce the cost and increase the profit.This article is divided into six parts.The first chapter mainly clarifies the research background,research significance,research method,research structure,related concept definition,literature review at home and abroad,research steps and so on.The second chapter mainly expounds the present situation of medium-scale laying hensin Yingkou City.In recent years,the cost of laying hens has been rising,and the income of breeders has fluctuated greatly.In particular,free-range farmers as well as small and medium-sized farmers are facing unprecedented difficulties.It is very important to study the breeding model and cost and benefit analysis of medium-scale laying hens.Many of the breeding conditions of Yingkou laying hens are extensive and dispersive.For small and medium-sized farmers,this situation will seriously threaten the stable and healthy growth of the breeding industry.The third chapter introduces the analysis of the cost and benefit of different scale laying hens in Yingkou City.According to the number of laying hens,this paper divides them into large scale,medium scale and small scale,and analyzes them in detail according to the difference of material and service cost and labor cost.It was found that there was no significant difference between the feed and feed charges,the scale of fuel power fee was the most,the medical and epidemic prevention fee was used on a large scale,but the net profit of medium scale layer was the highest,and the cost profit rate was the lowest in the net profit.The fourth chapter is the comparative analysis of the cost and income of middle-scale laying hens in Yingkou City and Liaoning Province.The survey shows that the output,output value is slightly lower,cost is slightly higher,price is slightly lower,and income is serious loss.The fifth chapter is about the problems existing in the middle-scale laying hens breeding in Yingkou City.The farming technology of laying hens in Yingkou rural areas is relatively backward,the flow of funds is not smooth,there is no brand effect,and the government undefineds macro-control function is lacking,and the basic profits of laying hens farmers cannot be guaranteed.In the sixth chapter,we construct a set of policy suggestions on the breeding of large-scale laying hens in Yingkou City.With the aid of large-scale cultivation,we should strengthen the support of large-scale and professional laying hen breeding enterprises in policies,funds,technology,epidemic prevention and so on,and guarantee the basic stability of market supply and price trend.
