The aim of this study was to investigate the effect on the pepper(Capsicum annuum L)Phytophthora blight and the growth promotion on pepper through indoor experiments using the marine bacterial complex solution as the experiment material.Moreover,its effect on the increase in the yield of pepper and the changes of the ionospheric microorganism population were analyzed through field experiment.The results obtained were as follows.1.The results of indoor experiment showed that the growth of pepper rooted and sprayed was promoted by the marine bacterial complex solution in diluted from 100 to 500 times,while the best function was in diluting 300 times.Compared with control group of using fresh water,increasing were 62.41% and 71.67%,81.10% and 146.34%,153.7% and166.67% respectively in the root length,dry weight and fresh weight of the pepper through the methods of spraying and root-irrigation.Also there were increase in the Chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate,water utilization rate and root vigor after processing,which displayed the marine bacterial complex solution maybe have an important function in promoting growth of pepper.In addition,the results of disease prevention displayed that there was some effect in the dilution of 100-500 spray and root treatment of marine bacterial compound bacteria had certain disease prevention effect on capsicum blight,but the highest effect was in diluting 300 times,and there was 42.08% in control effect after processing 9d yet.2.The results of field experiment showed that the performance of pepper products was increased to 7.04%,7.52%,and 8.15%,8.3% respectively through comparing between being diluted to 150 times and 300 times of the marine bacterial complex solution.The chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate and soil enzyme activity of capsicum were increased after the treatment.3.After the treatment of marine bacterial complex solution,the results of the number and diversity of the rhizosphere microorganisms in the field displayed that the number of cultured bacteria and actinomycetes in the rhizosphere of capsicum was significantly higher than control group,but lower in the number of fungi.The results of high-throughput determination of bacterial populations showed that bacterial solution diluted with 300 times was higher than control group in the indexes of Shannon,ACE and Chao,and lower in index of Simpson.Above all suggested that there were significant increase in the species abundance of capsicum rhizosphere bacteria after dilution of 300 times-fold bacteria liquid spraying and root-irrigation treatment,but there was a different in the dilution of 150 times fungus between that of root treatment and spraying.Among the species abundance and species quantity of spray treatment increased,but decreased in the species abundance and species quantity of 150 times bacterium root bacteria treated with capsicum rhizosphere.
