The purpose of this experiment is to study the effects of peanut vine level on pellets feed processing quality, production performance and cecal flora of meat rabbit.A single factor completely randomized design was used in this test.Under the digestibility energy and the crude protein level are similar. The proportion of peanut vine added in 6 kinds of full-price formula feed was 0(control group),10%,12.5%,15%,17.5% and 20%.Then it is made into pellet feed. The pellet quality was determined. At the same time,All of the healthy rabbits with similar age(35±2)days were randomly divided into 6 groups, each group with 4 replicates, and 5 meat rabbits per replicate.and were fed with the above-mentioned 6 different diets. In all the groups, the nutritional levels of the diets in each group were the same, and the conditions for feeding and management were also the same, all of which were free to eat and drink.Pre feeding period is 7 days, the official feeding period is 42 days. After the end of the feeding experiment,4 rabbits in each group are taken(one for each repeat),slaughter them and sample, then the related indexes are measured. The results of the study are as follows:(1)The level of peanut vine had no significant effect on the powder content and powdering rate of meat rabbit pellet feed(P>0.05),and had a significant effect on the hardness and bulk density of pellet feed(P<0.01).The hardness of 15% and 17.5% pellet feed was 4.27% higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The feed weight of each group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)The level of peanut vine had no significant effect on average daily feed intake(ADFI),daily gain(ADG)and feed-to-weight level(F/G)(P>0.05).When the level is 15%,the meat rabbit has the lowest dead rate. The level of peanut vine had no significant effect on the drip loss, cooking loss and shearing force of rabbit meat(P>0.05),and had significant effect on the p H of rabbit meat(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the p H increased by 2.79% and 5.93%(P<0.05)when the level was 15% and 20%.(3)The level of peanut vine increased the relative length of digestive tract, the relative weight of duodenum and jejunum(P>0.05),and had significant effect on the relative weight of cecum in meat rabbits(P<0.05).There was a significant effect on the relative weight of the stomach(P<0.01).When the level was 15% and 20%,the relative weight of the stomach increased by 27.95% and 22.84%,respectively,compared with the control group.(4)The level of peanut vine had no significant effect on the villus height of duodenum in meat rabbits(P>0.05),and had significant difference on crypt depth and V/C(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the crypt depth decreased by 14.67% and the V/C increased by 26.55% when the level was 15%.(5)The level of peanut vine had no significant effect on pepsin activity, duodenal trypsin activity, jejunal amylase activity, jejunal trypsin activity and cecal cellulase activity in meat rabbits(P>0.05).Intestinal amylase activity had a significant effect(P<0.01).When the level was 10%,12.5%,15%,17.5% and 20%,the duodenal amylase activity was decreased by 33.80%,51.41%,43.80%,53.42% and 45.53%,respectively,compared with the control group.(6)The effect of peanut vine level on cecal flora of meat rabbits: At the phylum level, the abundance of Candidatus Saccharibacteria was significantly reduced(P<0.05)when compared with the control group, the level was 15.0%,17.5% and 20.0%.The abundance of actinobacteria was significantly reduced at a level of 17.5% and 20.0%(P<0.05).At the genus level, the abundance of Clostridium IV was significantly increased when the level was 17.5% and 20% compared with the control group(P<0.05);the abundance of Parasutterella was significant when the level was 12.5% and 15%.Increased(P<0.05);the abundance of Coprobacterr increased significantly when the level was 15%(P<0.05);the abundance of Gordonibacter increased significantly when the level was 20%(P<0.01);Anaerovorax when the level was 17.5%.The abundance was significantly increased(P<0.01).It indicated that the of peanut vine in the feed could affect the balance of the cecal microflora in the meat rabbit and change the abundance of some bacteria with important metabolic functions. In summary, the addition of peanut vine in the feed improves the quality of the pellet feed, optimizes the structure of the cecal flora and does not significantly reduce the performance of the meat rabbit. The recommended level of peanut vine in the feed is 17.5%.
