Beitun District is located in the vicinity of the four counties and one city in the Altay area of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It has a special geographical location. There are eight farming and animal husbandry groups, including three border groups. The development of animal husbandry is mainly based on sheep raising. The stock of sheep is 31.25 million, accounting for 56.83% of the total stock of livestock. In recent years,as the government has increased its support for animal husbandry,it has encouraged farmers and herdsmen to establish breeding cooperatives through fund support, infrastructure construction of sheds, introduction of new varieties, and the stock of sheep has risen sharply. For the lack of factors,it caused the incidence of various diseases of sheep to rise, causing serious economic losses to the sheep breeding industry in Beitun District.Purpose: From 2015 to 2017,the investigation of the epidemic situation of bacterial infectious diseases in the 181 regiment,182 regiment,187 regiment and 188 regiment sheep of the main breeding grounds in Beitun District, and the high incidence of Streptococcus mutans pathogens The study of the characteristics of the study, the test results can provide basic data for the development of the sheep breeding industry in Beitun District, and can also provide a scientific basis for the treatment of sheep streptococcosis in Beitun District. Methods: From 2015 to 2017,an epidemiological investigation and pathological anatomy were used to develop a bacterial infectious disease system for a total of 372 farmer sheep in the 181,182,187 and 188 regiments of the main breeding group in Beitun District,Xinjiang.Investigation and statistics;collecting suspected streptococcal disease materials for bacterial isolation and culture, biochemical identification, and cluster test to determine the diseased sheep as sheep septicemia.Results:(1)There are different degrees of bacterial infection in sheep in the four regiment fed by the sheep in Beitun District of Xinjiang. The incidence of Streptococcus mutans ranked first in the three years, followed by the incidence of M.pneumoniae in 2017 and 2015.In comparison, the incidence of Streptococcus sheep has increased by 2.2%,M.pneumoniae has increased by 1.9%,and Clostridium perfringens has decreased by 1.0%.The epidemic season is concentrated in spring and winter. The incidence of the disease is not much different from that of the sex,and there are differences in age.The incidence of sheep streptococcosis is mostly adult sheep. The breeds of Altay big tail sheep are easy to get streptococci and Mycoplasma pneumoniae, and the small tail Han sheep are easy to obtain M.pneumoniae.(2)Seven strains were isolated from the heart, liver, lung and other tissues and organs of suspected streptococcosis sheep. The isolates were cultured, microscopically and clustered to obtain C-type S.septicum.The results of biochemical tests were consistent.Streptococcus properties. The isolated strain is highly sensitive to drugs such as ceftriaxone, lincomycin and norfloxacin, and has low sensitivity to drugs such as gentamicin and streptomycin. Conclusion: The common bacterial infections of the 181 regiment,182 regiment,187 regiment and 188 regiment sheep in the Beitun District are the common bacterial infections of M.pneumoniae, sheep streptococcosis, and Clostridium perfringens, which are sporadic outbreaks, including Streptococcus mutans. The incidence rate is the highest and the mortality rate is high, causing serious losses to the sheep breeding industry in the region.Streptococci isolated from the tissues and organs of diseased sheep can be obtained by separation, identification, clustering experiments and biochemical identification. The Streptococcus mutans in this region belongs to C-type S.septicum, which is highly pathogenic. The susceptibility to cephalosporins can be known by drug sensitivity test. And other drugs are sensitive.
