Evaluation Of Clinical Application Effect Of Hog-forced Vaccine In Liuyang City In Recent Four Years

Swine fever,pig foot-and-mouth disease,highly pathogenic pig bule virus caused serious harm toChina’s pig breeding industry.The three diseases are classified as the Ministry of Agriculture requirements for the implementation of compulsory immunization of major animal diseases.Effective treatments of these three types of animal epidemics is still in the studying and exploring,and immunization is stil main means of prevention and controlling.But many factors affected vaccine immunization effect,such asthe quality of vaccine,the preservation of vaccine,the transportation of vaccine,immunization programs operate etc.Therefore,to ensure the effective development of compulsory immunization of major animal epidemics,the immune effect of compulsory immunization should be monitored and evaluated.In order to better understanding the clinical application effect of swine fever,pig foot-and-mouth disease,highly pathogenic pig bule virusand vaccine in 31 towns of Liuyang,this study was carried out.By investigating the clinical application effect of vaccine,The effective price of immune antibody against major animal diseases in liuyang was assessed from 2014 to June 2017.A total of 3,100 samples were collected from 170 pig farms in the city,169 of them were randomly tested,and 2240 blood samples were tested in 31 town.Among them,there were 2480 antibodies to the pig foot-and-mouth disease,2112 qualified and 85.2%.A total of 2,820 swine fever antibodies were detected,with 2662 qualified and 94.4 percent qualified.The antibody of high pathogenic pig blue-ear disease detected 2,350,2191 qualified,and the qualified rate was 93.2%.Object includes both the breeding of investigation is high,standardized cultivation with higher levels of scale pig farms,also including the farming quantity is little,localities area wide,breeding way more traditional free-range pig farms,survey covers all the villages and towns in the whole city at the same time.To guide farm to formulate scientific immunization program,correct selection of vaccine,grasps the immune time,immunization work effectively.With a view to the city’s major animal disease prevention and control work and vaccination to provide a reference basis.
