In recent years,agricultural technology has been fully developed,to be against the status of hunan agricultural "big but not strong",which are characterized by precision agriculture to create high-quality agricultural products supply base,speed up the development of modern agriculture and realize to cross the strong agriculture province from a big agricultural province.Therefore,agricultural precision is the direction of agricultural modernization.In our country,farmers usually use the traditional way to do pesticide spraying in the process of production.The amount of spraying pesticide also depends on the farmer’s experience.First,the work efficiency with the way of spraying is not high;Secondly,if overspray too much without attention in the process of spraying,will cause excessive pesticide spraying,or easy to pollute the environment and destroy the air and soil.In that case,it will affect the food safety.The Paper have described the precision variable pesticide spraying control system based on PWM.The system use UAVS(unmanned aerial vehicle)to adjust the dosage of spraying,in order to control the pollution and achieve accurate pesticide spraying.The design of the system design and the precision variable spraying control system with UAV have been detail introduced,including the following parts:1.Design of control system for quadrotors.The system structure MCU,IMU,electronic compass,pneumatic sensor and GPS module were selected to complete hardware design.The design of control system is designed through attitude,control and navigation algorithm,which ensures that the quadrotor uav is kept in balance during the spraying process.2.Design of precision variable spraying control system.Based on the principle of PWM modulation,the principle of precision variable pesticide spraying was analyzed,and the design scheme of variable pesticide spraying system was developed.The system hardware design and the component selection of precision variable spraying control system module are completed.The design of system control software is completed.The relationship between the real-time speed of uav flight and PWM value is established.3.Spray test of variable pesticide spraying control system.Finally spraying pesticide in variable control system,and the spraying test for unmanned aerial vehicle(uav)flight speed and the spraying speed relations,PWM and spraying speed to find the relationship between PWM and spraying flow,the relationship between the acquisition of multiple sets of data are analyzed,and results prove that the scheme is feasible.
