Drying fresh fruits of Lycium barbarum is the main preservation method of Lycium barbarum.In order to avoid secondary pollution in drying process and improve drying efficiency of Lycium barbarum,in recent years,Lycium barbarum dryer,which mainly uses clean energy such as air energy and electric energy,has become the main equipment for drying fresh fruits of Lycium barbarbarum.Aiming at the problem that the air distribution of 5HGK series air-energy and hot-air dryer of Lycium barbarum is not uniform in the working process,which affects the drying quality and efficiency of Lycium barbarum,the air distribution of the dryer is studied by CFD numerical simulation software,and the mechanical structure of the drying room is optimized.The basic characteristics and related theories of Lycium barbarum drying were analyzed;the flow field of dryer was simulated by FLUENT software,the distribution of flow field and the existing problems were analyzed and compared with the field measurement wind speed to verify the correctness of the numerical simulation scheme;the evaluation index of air distribution in drying room was determined,and the spacing of material pallets,the inclination angle of material pallets and the air position of drying room were studied.The influence of three single-factor parameters on air distribution and the optimum value of three single-factor parameters are determined.According to the evaluation index of air distribution in drying room,the importance of three single-factor parameters on air distribution in drying room is determined.On this basis,the influence of these three factors on air distribution in drying room is analyzed comprehensively.To determine the optimal combination of the three factors.The research results of this paper provide important reference data for the development of new air-energy hot-air dryer of Lycium barbarum,and have important significance for promoting the development of Lycium barbarum industry.
