Research And Implementation On Leveling Machine Operation Monitoring Device

Motor grader has become a widely used agricultural work tool due to its high leveling efficiency and precision,as well as the large demand for leveling in agricultural production.The existing motor graders are also various and can be divided into heavy and light types.Heavy motor graders are generally special purpose motor graders with complicated structure and control and high price,which are suitable for large-scale agricultural production.Light graders are generally small graders,which are suitable for small-scale field operations.Most small graders are multi-purpose agricultural machines,and are often composed of small and medium-sized agricultural machines additionally equipped with leveling machines.At present,most small graders have a low degree of automation,can not detect changes in terrain and automatically adjust the blade posture,thus the quality of flat ground is not high.At the same time,the operation efficiency is lower than that of heavy graders.Based on the actual agricultural machinery renovation project,this paper has conducted in-depth research on the working principle and working conditions of small graders.Aiming at a widely used agricultural machinery designated by the project,a grader assembly capable of automatically adjusting the height and angle of the leveling blade and related leveling operation monitoring devices are designed.The controller uses sensors such as gyroscopes to detect the attitude of the blade of the grader,and combines Kalman filter algorithm and PD control algorithm to realize self-balancing control of the blade of the grader so as to achieve the effect of automatically controlling the attitude of the blade according to terrain changes.Through the actual leveling work in farmland,the leveling effect has reached the expected design requirements.The new equipment is simple to install and convenient to use.Moreover,it can directly refit most mechanical agricultural machinery and increase the function of leveling ground,thus having a good application prospect.
