Taking Quercus mongolica Fisch as the research object,this paper uses 5 kinds of non-woven container specifications,3 matrix ratio and 3 kinds of slow release fertilizer three factors(containers,substrates,fertilizers)to carry out complete stochastic group test,through the study of the growth index and biomass accumulation of Quercus mongolica Fisch container seedlings by various factors.,The influence of root index and physiological index,the container specification,matrix ratio and slow release fertilizer,which are most suitable for the growth and development of Quercus mongolica Fisch s,are put forward,and it is of great significance to propose the technique of developing Mongolian Quercus light Matrix,to provide technical guidance for the seedling raising of Quercus mongolica Fisch vessels,and to improve the survival rate of Quercus mongolica Fisch seedlings.The main results of this study are as follows:1,The container size has the greatest influence on the growth index,biomass accumulation,root index and physiological index of Quercus mongolica Fisch container seedlings.The diameter of the seedlings(4.30mm),the dry weight of the ground(10.08g),the dry weight of the ground(4.45g),and the total dry weight of the non-woven seedling container bag of the container sizeφ13cm ? H25cm(14.53g),fresh weight in the ground(19.02g),fresh weight in the ground(8.94g),total fresh weight(27.96g),root volume(18.02cm3),strong seedling index(38.71),chlorophyll content(1.82 mg/g)and the soluble protein content(1.30 mg/g)were the best.2,Under different substrate ratios,the growth index,biomass accumulation,root index and physiological index of Quercus mongolica Fisch container seedlings were significantly affected.And the matrix ratio V peat: V perlite: V vermiculite = 4: 1:1treatment of seedling height(15.91cm),ground diameter(4.27mm),underground dry weight(6.87g),aboveground Dry weight(3.84g),total dry weight(10.71g),fresh weight in the ground(12.46g),fresh weight in the ground(6.96g),total fresh weight(19.42g),root volume(11.74cm3),strong seedling The index(22.92)and the chlorophyll content(1.77 mg/g)performed best.3,The partial growth index and biomass index of Quercus mongolica Fisch container seedlings treated with different kinds of slow-release fertilizers were significantly different,but the difference of physiological indexes was not significant.The application of nitro compound fertilizer(N-P2O5-K2O: 16-16-16)was the best for promoting the growth of Mongolian oak seedlings.Its seedling height(16.17cm),fresh weight in the ground(6.7g),total fresh weight(18.65g),dry weight in the ground(3.75g),dry weight in the ground(6.55g),total dry weight(10.3g)And the root volume(11.03cm3)is the largest.4.In the two-factor interaction effect,the container specification ? matrix ratio had the greatest influence on the seedlings of Quercus mongolica Fisch vessels,and had a significant effect on most growth indexes,biomass indexes and root index.Secondly,the interaction effect of container specification ? slow release fertilizer had a significant effect on high diameter ratio,total fresh weight and chlorophyll content.There was no significant interaction between matrix ratio and slow release fertilizer two factors,container specification,matrix ratio and slow release fertilizer three factors on the growth of Quercus mongolica Fisch container seedlings.5.The comprehensive evaluation of the membership function indicates that in the container culture technology of Mongolian glutinous rice,the container size is φ13cm ? H25 cm non-woven container bag,and the matrix ratio is V(peat): V(perlite): V(vermiculite)= 4:1:1 matrix ratio,and the best combination with the application of nitro compound fertilizer(N-P2O5-K2O: 16-16-16),the highest level of Average membership function value(0.5900),The average value of the biomass function membership function(0.8424)is the best for each combination,and the growth index membership function average value(0.5737)ranks second in each treatment,and the effect is best.
