Chicken coccidiosis is one of serious parasitic disease.Rely mainly on use drugs to prevent and control it before, but the development of drug resistance rapidly and food safety requirements is higher and higher, especially the European Union requires chicken do not use coccidiosis drug and rely on immune method to control the chicken coccidiosis gradually become the main means of exports to the eu chicken coccidiosis prevention and control. In this experiment, commercial broiler chickens raised on the ground were compared with the control group using different coccidial vaccines, different immune doses and different immune modes. The oocyst number per gram(OPG)of fecal was counted, the gross lesion score of coccidioides and gross lesion score of intestinal injury were used to compare and evaluate the oocyst excretion, degree of infection and degree of intestinal injury of immunized chickens. The liveability, bodyweight, feed conversion rate,European index,ND,AI antibody and other indicators were analyzed. The health status and production performance of chickens were compared. The best immunization scheme was selected to provide first-hand data support for correct coccidiosis immunization of commercial broiler chickens in the future. The test results show that:(1)The mean value of OPG peaked at 19 days after immunization in the Y vaccine with 1 dose at 0day spray group and the Y vaccine with 0.6 dose at 0 day spray group. However, the peak value of the 0.6 dose group was low. After the peak, the mean value of OPG decreased slowly, and two smaller peaks appeared on 23 and 33 days after immunization. Therefore, the mean value trend of the 1 dose of OPG was significantly better than that of the 0.6 dose. The difference between 1 dose and 0.6 dose was not significant from the score of coccidioides ocular lesion and the score of intestinal ocular lesion, indicating that the injury was not related to dose, but may be more related to the virulence of the vaccine itself. For the production performance, there was no significant difference between 1 and 0.6 doses of Y vaccine.(2)The crop satiety rate(91% 2.22%)of the z-vaccine group with 1 dose mix in feeding at 3 days was higher than that of the y-vaccine group with 1 dose of 0 days spry for tongue tip red staining rate(81%3.11%).More chickens in the z-vaccine group could be exposed to the vaccine, and each chicken could be exposed to more vaccine.OPG peak appeared 17 days after immunization in the Z vaccine mix with feeding group with 1 dose at 3 days show earlier than 19 days after immunization in the Y vaccine mixture group with 1 dose or 0.6 dose, which is more conducive to early establishment of immunity and later compensatory growth. From eye view lesion score, intestinal lesions eyes,we can see mild lesions in Z score results vaccine 1 dose mix in feeding at 3days,further illustrate three day age mixing materials group is better than 0 spray day age group. At the same time, the virulence of Z vaccine is milder than Y vaccine,Comply with the instructions provided by the supplier. In terms of production performance,Z vaccine is superior to Y vaccine.3)The liveability of each group is 92.19%±2.93%,93.57%±1.33%,92.19%±5.17%,92.76±4.32%.There was no significant difference in liveability between the groups(P>0.05),indicating that coccidiosis immunization had little effect on survival rate.(4)The ND antibodies of each group were 7.21±0.67,6.70±1.22,7.01±1.01,7.06±0.60.The H9 antibodies were 7.22±1.23;6.94±1.55;6.53±1.29;6.95±0.90.There were no significant differences in ND and H9 antibodies between the groups(P>0.05),indicating that coccidiosis immunization had little effect on the ND and H9 antibodies before market.(5)Using live vaccine to immunize large commercial chickens can achieve satisfactory results, and the effect of preventing and controlling coccidiosis infection is better than that of the drug control group. However, according to the production results of single animal average weight(The experimental group was 0.27 kg,0.23 kg and 0.09 kg lower than the control group),feed conversion ratio(The experimental group was 0.14,0.13,0.09 higher than the control group)and European index(The experimental group was 50.2,46.4,30.5 lower than the control group),the drug control group had obvious advantages over the vaccine immunization group.
