Agriculture is the source of human food and clothing and the basis of survival.Agriculture is not only the basis for human beings to resist hunger and survival,but also the foundation of the modern national economy.With the rapid development of China’s economy.agriculture as China’s primary industry,its development speed has become increasingly unable to keep up with the pace of national development,the main reason is because China’s agricultural level is still mostly in the small-scale peasant economy.Therefore,the automation process of agriculture urgently needs to accelerate the pace of progress,which means that this will pose more stringent challenges to the assembly of agricultural machinery in China.According to the technical requirements of the agricultural machinery assembly production system,the PLC is used as the control unit,and the subordinate equipment such as industrial robot tightening machine and rubber coating machine is used as the output part,that is.the execution unit and various types of sensors are used as input parts,and the overall system scheme is designed.Completed hardware selection and electrical system design for each module of the PLC controller,industrial robots,and other units.Through the programming of the FBD function block of the PLC and the programming and trajectory teaching of the industrial robot,the requirements for the coordinated operation of the control unit and the execution unit are achieved.At the same time,the status monitoring of each device in the production line is realized through the man-machine interface.In addition,considering that some functions in the assembly line of agricultural machinery have certain uncertainties,the combination of industrial robot and Cognex visual recognition system for workpiece recognition,input detection and output action realizes the positional deviation of the robot according to the vision system.The shift compensation function.at the same time,increases the production functions such as positioning and grabbing of the station,finished product inspection,and status confirmation.Finally,the debugging operation of the system is completed,and a conprehensive explanation is given according to the debugging situation of the system.
